The only reason I come to this gym is because it’s very quiet and friendly and I’ve liked other Anytime Fitnesses. However, for $40 a month this location is disappointing. It’s very small and most of the machines are in poor-fair conditions. Same for the attachments. The manager/ staff on duty is helpful but it seems like higher ups have not done the necessary maintenance to upkeep the equipment.

I’ve been a member of Anytime Fitness for 3 years and usually have great experiences at different locations. Unfortunately, this West Palm Beach location was extremely disappointing. I visited for a quick 3-day workout during my vacation, and honestly, I feel bad for anyone who pays for a membership here.

The equipment is outdated and poorly maintained—especially the treadmills. Every time I tried to run, they would randomly stop, making me lose my balance and feel like I was going to fall. That’s not just frustrating, it’s dangerous.

The facility itself was in rough shape. The carpet was peeling up, and the overall cleanliness was questionable. It didn’t even look like the place gets cleaned regularly. There were no water bottles or protein shakes available, just a small fridge with a couple of energy drinks.

The only upside was that the staff seemed nice and professional, but that’s not enough to make up for the condition of the gym.

If you’re local or visiting the area, I highly recommend finding a different Anytime Fitness or another gym entirely. This location seriously needs an upgrade.

This is one of the best gyms in Palm Springs. I highly recommend everybody to come to Anytime fitness check out the other gyms, but the people are really nice. The Management’s really nice highly recommend come here. The prices are amazing too. I’m from San Diego. I did check out the competition. I wasn’t too happy but well worth the money.

This Anytime Fitness is filthy and does not represent the brand. I’ve traveled a lot, use Anytime Fitness exclusively and can say this is the worst facility I’ve visited. Yes, it has the necessary equipment, but all is dated and not maintained. The dirt and debris in entrance, bathrooms and throughout gym indicates a total disregard for cleanliness. Likely an absentee owner with zero involvement, poor management and contracted cleaners. Do better!

I'm starting to get disappointed not in the equipment, but in the place it's self the free wifi is spotty at best there bathrooms need new shower heads and curtains the toilet seat has been broken for over a month and the stair climber sounds like it's on its last leg. Anytime Fitness is a gym right in my neighborhood and has a relaxed and more personal feel than the giant gyms in the area. Vinnie (the owner) is very approachable and Kalill (the trainer) is excellent. Their equipment is state-of-the-art and I've never had to wait for any of it. With the use of a FOB, which is issued upon joining, the gym is available to its members 24/7, which is very convenient.

Actual gym is great but beware of you ever need to cancel your membership. Had mine canceled and anytime said everything was settled. Months later I start getting calls from a shady debt collection agency saying I didn't pay off bills from anytime despite the fact I received no messages from them regarding any outstanding balance before then and was told that everything was settled when I left. Called them about the problem and they didn't help at all and took ages before they even answered the phone during business hours. Definitely would not recommend using them until they fix how they treat their members and don't scam me when I try to leave.

I've been coming to this gym with my husband and family for 4 plus years. I enjoy coming here because you have access to all machines without long wait times, its quiet and you can focus on your routine. It has a convenient app which tells you how busy the gym is in the moment and you can access the gym 24/7 with the app. Vinny is also very, very responsive and immediately addresses any questions or concerns you may have. I’ve been coming to this gym since 2020 join, and honestly I couldn't be happier! The atmosphere is incredibly family-oriented, with a positive energy that makes every visit enjoyable. Vinny, the owner, is always on top of his baby (gym) and genuinely cares about the gym and its members. You can see a good bond he has with his two employees, which adds to the welcoming vibe. Facility was clean overall, but the equipment was slimy due to whatever cleaner has been used. Restroom didn't have any toilet paper in it. The staff member once he arrived, didn't check on anything at all. He promptly went into the office and sat at the computer, with his headphones on to tune out anything happening in the gym space.

First time visiting this Anytime Fitness. Gave it 3 stars because the free weights area is very small, it was rather warm when ai was there and the place lacks a room for floor exercises.

They do have a nice selection of workout machines, ellipticals and treadmills. Overall the place is decent, clean, well maintained, in an easily accessible shopping center and seems secure with plenty of parking.

5 years ago this location was very nice with new equipment. Now, not so much. Most of the equipment is outdated & worn out. I read the reviews and was a little hesitant. I went either way to check it out and it wasn’t bad. The AC worked fine and I love how it’s not packed. Only complaint is they should update there exercises equipment. Some are super old and for the price you pay I expect top dollar machines. I love the stair master but their is super old and makes noises. I notice a lot of the younger crowd bringing in their friends that weren’t members and I didn’t like that either.

I am in Florida visiting family, I go to Anytime Fitness in another state and I was horrified when I stepped foot inside this location. It was unbearably hot, the machines were filthy when I wiped the bar after use the paper was black. I did not do my full workout and left after 30 minutes.

So happy to be a member at Anytime Fitness. Virtually any city where I travel has one and I can get a great workout anytime I want — without paying a “visitor/guest” fee. The gym at West Palm Beach is run very well. Staff are professional and courteous. The gym is clean and accommodating. My wife was in West Palm Beach for two months and her workout schedule was seamless. So convenient. 5 Star.

I have not been in a gym since 2005 so now that I’ve retired and in the process of losing weight I was looking for a gym that would meet my expectations. Upon entering this location I found that it was clean and sanitize towelettes were Strategically located for all to use. The manager V was warm and welcoming and provided me and my guest a tour of the gym and was very knowledgeable on the functionality of each equipment she also provided me with added information to complete my registration. I would recommend this facility to anyone seeking a place to start or continue on their work out journey

This is a very nice Anytime Fitness gym. I have been to many of the AF gyms because I had a stroke and I'm in a 48 state road trip. I workout 3 to 5 hours each and every day and I haven't skipped a day in 417 days. The bikes here are very nice and they have a great leg extension machine. I also like their biceps curl machine.its a small gym but it has excellent equipment. I do think they need a brand new calf machine. Nice private clean bathrooms and showers here as well Parking is very convenient and the manager V is extremely nice and very helpful and professional. I love that they don't play music nonstop or too loudly.I find working out in a quiet environment very soothing. This is definitely a hidden gem of a gym.

Great experience right from the start... Gustavo helped me sign up when I was really tight on time; he was quick, efficient and friendly. I was looking for a gym I could access at any time because of my work schedule and this gym fit like a glove since it’s open 24/7, even on holidays🤩🔥. It’s not a huge gym, but it has everything I need and the facility is well spaced, equipped and clean. A few days later I ran into Anthony, another staff member who is always willing to help with any concerns and has an impressive knowledge of fitness and nutrition; you can tell by just looking at the friendly guy’s physique👍💪😄.
I’m looking forward to continuing my fitness journey here at my leisure, unrestricted by any “hours of operation” restrictions... 💪

This gym has the absolute BEST customer service around. Any words I choose will simply not do Vinnie and Regina justice, as they treat you like a friend from the moment you walk through the door. No hard sales pitches- it’s like they truly want what is best for you and your fitness journey/lifestyle.

The other gym members are friendly, but keep to themselves so you can strictly focus on your workout. The gym has several treadmills/other cardio and also a rower. They have BOSU balls and TRX straps (in addition to weight machines, free weights, etc). We have been very happy!

If you read through the reviews you’ll see many 5 star reviews. If you’re looking for a small, anytime access private gym. This is the place!! They have one Smith machine, a full squat rack complete with various squat belts, pads, clips and anything else you might need. Although the membership team and staff are usually only there till 7 I’ve seen them be there after hours at request. Very accommodating. They have decent amount of equipment and excellent cardio machines. They may only have one of each machine but with the lower crowd level you can’t definitely still get in and out quickly with a nice workout.

I’ve been to a few Anytime Fitness locations as well as other gyms in the past; but I have to say since I’ve signed up at this WPB location a few years back it’s like no other. Vinny always goes above and beyond to help me even on days I take my son along. He is so kind hearted and flexible! I've only had pleasant experiences at this gym. Within seconds of walking in, I knew I'd become a member. I was offered a 7-day free trial and the moment it ended, I signed up! Everyone that walks though the West Palm Beach Anytime Fitness doors gets greeted with a smile. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and always eager to help and answer questions. Over the years, I've always been a guest at other gyms. But I was never made to feel special enough to commit. For the 1st time ever, I'm really excited to see where I go from here. The 1st thing I did during my trial was attend a boot camp class with Aron as the instructor. He was very nice and thanks to his approach with it, I decided to keep coming back. They have those classes every Mondays and Wednesdays at 6pm. And on Saturday mornings at 9am, I've been attending the yoga classes with Stephanie. She's really fun and super energetic and really brightens up my day when I see her! Regina is the fitness director there and on the day I met her, she gave me a plethora of information on everything I asked her. She set me up with an orientation with Camilo, who is a fantastic person to work with. He's very patient, but he won't let you quit on yourself and will motivate you to do better. And if you're looking for funny, then Gustavo is your guy! And Vinnie runs the place! When he's not around, I've heard his employees say great things about him. He bends over backwards for the clients to make sure we're happy and comfortable. He's a good boss and knowing that I'm surrounded by happy staff members makes me eager to come back as often as I do. They make the atmosphere what it is and I'm really happy that I became a member! Thank you guys for everything you do.

Great gym and in a great area. The gym itself is arranged very well. Dumbbells go to 110 and are always put away correctly (big thumbs up). Perfect place to better yourself.

This is my favorite place to work out! I truly enjoy the atmosphere and Vinnie and Gustavo keep the place always in top top shape and are always super welcoming. The people are amazing and it has a great vibe. Anytime I stop by it is always spotless and never super crowded. I couldn’t recommend it more!

Love this place. Definitely worth every penny, no annoying sign in you can come and go as you please. The atmosphere is great there is no judgement and it's never crowded sometimes you will have the whole gym to your self.

Great gym! Local and it's not obnoxious like the others... Usually pretty dead in the mornings or weekend. I never have to wait for a workout or be annoyed by a creepy gymgoer. I will continue to keep going. I love this place. -Zeus

Been in Anytime Fitness for a short time and I love it, Vinnie and Gustavo are awesome!, welcoming and helpful, I’m a very busy mom and only have time to go to the gym a couple days a week but I can only go late at night when kids are asleep so I’m super happy it’s a 24hrs gym, It’s also Very clean, Thank you guys for being awesome!

I travel often and have been to 3 Anytime Fitness locations this month. Bonnie is a very nice, hands on owner. The gym was clean and the staff is awesome! Regina welcomed me when I first stepped through the door. Ive been to Powerhouse gyms, planet fitness, Sport and Health, LAFitness and more and this is by far the most accommodating gym around!

I would recommend this gym to absolutely anyone! The owner is so sweet and he makes you feel so comfortable and tries his best to push you to the best of your abilities. Updated equipment and very clean and friendly environment. I've never been so dedicated to go to the gym until i came across anytime fitness!

This is one of the best Anytime Fitness gyms I have ever been to. It's clean, has plenty of equipment and cardio machines and the staff is excellent. The owner, Vinny is awesome!

Also, it doesn't seem to get crazy busy, even during peak hours. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a gym in the future.

The Anytime Fitness business model is a splendid concept in fitness facility design and operation. Initially, 6 months ago, I was attracted to the West Palm Beach location, because it is close to work,. The 24/7 feature of the facility is also attractive. The equipment is top of the line Precor, and never a wait.even during peak hours My favorite machine is a Adaptive Motion Trainer, AMT .
The facility has adequate space, and is well kept and clean, There are three private restrooms, with two of them having a shower.. The location is owned and operated by Vinnie and his wife Melissa., The Training Director's name is Regina . She has kept me motivated and on the right track with her East Coast style of fitness protocol. The facility definitely has a "family feel " . Free passes are available for up to two weeks-- definitely check it out !

Vinnie is the man, I highly recommend. His gym is small and clean with quality equipment. I like this because you personally know the owner and establish a relationship with him over time.

It's not some big junk gym with broken equipment and dirty as hell like golds and la fitness around here.

It's also open 24hrs a day. His next gym is going to be even better!

Definitely overrated and overpriced fitness club for what they got and what they offer, very small facility, everything else is xtra money not work it. LA fitness offer more benefits and variety for the same prices. Ridiculous 30 days cancellation policy if you cancel on the 2nd and due day is on the first you still pay next month without getting to use it.
