Beautiful brand new gym with new equipment. 24 hour access is phenomenal. Staff keeps everything clean and tidy and makes sure weights are distributed evenly amongst racks and machines. I appreciate how it is more catered to responsible and considerate adults because we return our weights and wipe down equipment when we’re finished. I also personally enjoy how there is no groups of teenagers hogging machines. Even during peak hours, it is never so crowded that you have to wait for equipment or have to work in with others. Its worth coming by and getting a tour, the staff is personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thank you Jeff, Dawn, Teddy, and Avery.

The bottom line here seems less about the gym and more about attention-seeking. Personally, I’ve found management to be nothing short of amazing—professional, fair, and consistently focused on keeping the space clean and safe. It’s baffling how some people still struggle with basic grade school rules like picking up after themselves, and when held accountable, they rush to social media hoping for sympathy because actual human beings wouldn’t entertain the drama. Maybe the real workout should be on self-awareness.

The worst gym experience I’ve ever had!
I showed up on a Tuesday morning at 7:00am—my usual workout time—only to find out my key fob had been locked and I couldn’t even get inside. When I called to ask why, I was told it was because I supposedly left a dumbbell out. No warning, no note, nothing—just locked out without notice.

I’ve been working out for 6 years, and I’ve had memberships at multiple gyms, but I have never seen anything like this. It’s completely disrespectful of my time and my commitment. Their solution? Suggesting I “set up a meeting” with the manager Jeff. Why should I chase down a meeting just to use the gym I’m already paying for?

The atmosphere here is terrible, and the staff’s attitude is even worse. Save yourself the frustration—this place is not worth your time or energy.

The location is convenient, but the staff is extremely rude. My membership here will definitely be temporary. They constantly run the vacuum during workouts, which is very distracting, and even interrupted my training to tell me to move a couple of weights off the floor. The gym is supposed to be a place to de-stress, but they make the experience unnecessarily stressful.

For how expensive it is, I can’t believe they don’t even have a proper bench. Every time I’ve gone, weights are scattered all over the place, yet when you don’t follow their rules perfectly, they deactivate your key without even giving a warning. To reactivate it, you’re forced to schedule a meeting with the manager—what a nightmare.

I’ve been a member of AF for three years. One of the best perks that come with membership is usage of all AF gyms nationwide. I have visited more than 12 AF in multiple states. When ever I feel like canceling my membership I just visit a different AF knockout a great workout, it keeps me satisfied. I was in Orlando recently and looked up what AF was located off the 429, which took me to exit 15 Winter Garden. This place is brand new the equipment the space nothing used in the building. The three cable cross overs alone are worth the price of membership. This is THE BEST AF GYM that I have visited. Stop in today and check them out, you won’t be disappointed.

I had the chance to stop by the new Anytime Fitness this afternoon and was really impressed. The gym is clean, organized, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful—I believe the owner was there along with another team member, and they were both walking around, checking in with members, and offering support. You can tell they genuinely care about the experience people have here.

What I really appreciate is how the team clearly enforces the gym’s rules in a respectful but firm way. Things like not allowing people to share keycards and making sure equipment is treated properly go a long way in creating a safe, positive environment for everyone. As someone who works out at other locations too, I’ve seen how things can feel unsafe or unfair when those rules aren’t followed.

As a female who often works out in the evenings, I feel more comfortable knowing this gym takes safety seriously and is committed to keeping the space secure and enjoyable for all members. I haven’t met Kendrick yet, but I applaud the way the gym is being run and look forward to meeting him one day.

What motivated me to join was knowing Kendrick personally and trusting that he would keep the gym safe, clean, respectful, and held to high standards and he has absolutely delivered. I loved the complimentary orientation and training session with Dawn. She was fantastic and made me feel confident getting started. Jeff, the manager, is one of the nicest people you'll meet. He always goes out of his way to help and is happy to answer any questions. The entire team is wonderful!

The weight machines have QR codes you can scan for quick instructional videos, which is really helpful. You can also ask a trainer to show you how to use a machine or watch your form and offer tips to improve. I get bored easily with the treadmill, so I love having the variety of the stair master, rower, elliptical, and bike to keep workouts fun and interesting.

It’s truly a high quality gym experience, and I’m so glad I joined. After just two weeks and six sessions, I already feel stronger, have more energy, less aches and pains, and feel less stress. I’m excited to keep going and continue making progress.

I’ve been an Anytime Fitness member for years and have always appreciated the flexibility to work out at different locations. Unfortunately, this new location run by KENDRICK MCGILL has been a huge disappointment. Unlike other franchise locations, this one treats members from outside the specific home club with hostility. Kendrick seems more interested in excluding people than building a welcoming fitness community.

It’s frustrating, unprofessional, and reflects poor management. If you’re looking for a supportive gym experience, I’d recommend going elsewhere until the leadership here changes.

I cannot wait for this gym to open up in our neighborhood! The grand opening was absolutely amazing and we got so many freebies that we can’t wait to put to use! This gym was SO needed and I am so grateful to the owners for all their hard work and dedication!
