El mejor entrenamiento y Luis te enseña con paciencia todos los movimientos, se podría decir que es un entrenamiento casi que individual a pesar de que es en grupo pero el instructor se encarga de ver cada detalle en cada una de las personas pero asegurarse de que estamos haciendo los movimientos lo mejor posible. Le doy 10 de 10. Estoy súper feliz con mis entrenamientos y con los resultados además de que me hace sentir anímicamente mucho mejor cada día.

The best gym in town, more than a gym it is a family where every single person helps each others. The coach is really smart and try that all of us have a personalized class according your level. Lo único que puedo decir es que me encanta el systema de entreno, los coaches los mejores, Siempre al pendiente de tu postura de enseñarte la forma correcta de hacer el ejercicio para evitar que te lastimes, y lo más bonito es una comunidad que se motiva unos con otros. Desde que comencé a entrenar hace 10 años atrás en el gym tradicional nunca me había visto un cambio tan notorio como el que me he visto aquí en Apex y solo llevo dos meses entrenando con ellos. At OBF we have new challenges everyday to work different body parts. We also have coaches with experience to correct our form and make sure we don’t get injuries.
