I absolutely love this yoga studio! The teachers are incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, and truly passionate about what they do. Every class I’ve taken has been a wonderful experience—challenging yet refreshing, with just the right balance of mindfulness and movement. Absolutely love this yoga studio! From the moment I walked in for my very first class, the instructors have been incredibly welcoming and kind. They go out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable, no matter your experience level, and their patience and encouragement create such a supportive environment.

The studio itself is a peaceful oasis — spotlessly clean, filled with natural light, and designed to help you instantly relax the moment you step inside. The music during each class is calming and gentle, perfectly enhancing the atmosphere without ever being distracting.

This space has truly become my sanctuary outside of home. It’s where I can reset, reconnect, and just breathe. I’m so grateful to have found it. ♥️

I cannot express how wonderful this newer studio is in West Palm Beach (Northwood!). I have never consistently practiced yoga and about 5 weeks ago I started again after a 6 year break with purpose and got the one month unlimited pack. The teachers are kind, patient, and knowledgeable. The space is light, airy and has great vibes. Their mid day slow vinyasa classes are my favorite, but I’d definitely suggest any others as they offer a variety of classes suitable for any level or age. They also have beautiful sound baths and gatherings on weekends should you want to experience more beyond yoga. Bonus points for the perfectly paired music/playlists :). Extra bonus points for the sweet coffee shop next door for a post yoga snack or refreshment.

This studio was such a beautiful space. I came here for a month while I was in West Palm on business. I enjoyed every minute of every class that I attended. All the teachers have beautiful energy and very skilled. Thank Chrissie I can’t wait to come back again. Xx

This is such a warm, welcoming, inclusive studio that makes everyone feel welcome no matter what their skill level is. Not only do they do yoga classes, but they do awesome other classes like sound baths and tarot readings. The staff is so friendly and clearly love what they do!

Took a vinyasa class with Chrissie this morning. The class was perfect. Chrissie is patient and graceful. She took the time to do alignments which is very important to my practice since I started yoga 8 months ago. To top it all off she used essential oils at the end. So calming. I highly recommend Arcana Yoga studio. I will be returning. Support small businesses! 🌸🌺

Nestled in northwood next to this cute little coffee shop you’ll find Arcana Yoga. I’m a beginner to yoga I have taken classes and drop-in’s here and there but I have never had a home studio. I’m glad I decided to try arcana there are multiple classes through out the day and the instructors have a great way of making them accessible for beginners like me. Some of my favorite classes so far have been gentle, restorative, kundalini and power when I want to challenge myself. If you think the fun stops there breathe work, reiki, assisted stretch, and tarot can be found here. I highly recommend if your on the fence about arcana take a class the vibes are always right.

I attended the grand opening & have been to at least a couple classes since. This is a great & well-maintained studio with a lot of teachers that genuinely feel they’re passionate about what they do. There’s a good variety of classes & workshops — classes to train the physical body & workshops for stress/trauma release plus overall mental well-being. There’s a sense of respect towards cultivating & nurturing a spiritual lifestyle — it’s not just a workout space! If that’s what you’re looking for, I highly recommend this studio.

I highly recommend Arcana Yoga in Northwood, West Palm Beach. This beautiful studio offers a multitude of modalities, an extensive variety of yoga classes and an inviting community! The introductory price of $85 for a full month of unlimited classes was a fantastic deal. I love this place!

So excited about this amazing studio with amazing offerings, gorgeous design, and down to earth personnel. The color scheme and fixtures are inviting and calming. The unique variety of healing modalities offered here are extensive. Until Arcana I have had yet to see Tarot, Thai massage, and Assisted Stretch offered in conjunction with a yoga studio. When you step into the space you feel free to come as you are which opens up your practice that much more. Well Done and Congratulations to Chrissie and the entire staff!
