Claudia is incredibly inspiring and highly knowledgeable. For the past 3 years I have been training with her for personal training, and she consistently keeps me on track with my goals while providing motivation both during workouts and in everyday life. Despite having two rods in my spine, Claudia thoughtfully adapts my program to accommodate my needs without compromising progress. I always feel challenged and supported — there’s no other trainer I would trust more!

Claudia helped motivate and educate me well beyond fitness. I am currently 32 years old weighing at 225lbs I've lifted as well as wrestled most of my life and I’ve been struggling with flexibility/back pain. I met with Claudia on Wednesday morning and she walked me through a back and bicep workout. To say the least I was extremely impressed. Not only is Claudia extremely knowledgeable but she also showed me how to do exercises that I’ve been doing my whole life but this time with no pain! If you want to improve your overall health and become the Best version of yourself definitely get in contact with Claudia.

Working with Claudia has been absolutely amazing! She is thoughtful, kind, and super patient. She explains every workout and nutrition tip clearly, making it easy to follow and stay consistent. Like many of her reviews state, words will not be able to describe the amazing experience I have had with Claudia. She is so incredibly kind, patient, passionate, and enthusiastic about her training with clients. From the moment I stepped into my first class I have always felt comfortable and valued. I was a newbie that knew absolutely nothing about weight lifting and she never once made me feel bad about that. In the time I spent with her I learned SO much about movements, form, mobility.... the list could go on. I moved away from her location and I am genuinely sad about not being able to attend her classes anymore. If you are even considering trying this training DO IT! You will not regret it. I feel stronger than ever and the knowledge she's provided has left me feeling confident enough to walk into a gym and do the movements on my own.... although, it wont be the same without her. If I could give 10,000,000 stars I would!

I cannot recommend Claudia at ATI fitness enough! I started my journey feeling lost and insecure in the gym and now thoroughly enjoy working out and bettering my health. Through my private training experience I’ve been given a plan that’s personalized for my specific goals, lifestyle and work schedule. Claudia is constantly sharing knowledge about weight training/nutrition/tips for success and is always just a text away when I have a question. Claudia is an amazing personal trainer with the ability to cater a fitness plan dedicated to your wants and needs. She is understanding and kind while still motivating and pushing you to meet your goals. She has helped me develop a healthy routine and new habits. Beginning a gym/fitness journey can be daunting if you have never tried it on your own, but Claudia makes the process so easy and inviting.

There is so much to be said about Claudia. Words, in my opinion don’t begin to describe my experience with her, but am I going to happily share some…OF COURSE!
First, I have to really thank my best friend for asking me to join her in starting the classes. She asked and I couldn’t resist having a partner to have along side my weight loss journey! From the minute I started my try out class I was hooked! Second, I was terrified to be with a trainer, as in the past I was just yelled at, versus being taught what to do and why I was doing it. Claudia is so patient and helped me to understand the proper motions, stances, techniques, as well as my strengths. I learned that form is key to everything, along with a great diet of course. Not to mention, losing weight and toning the body is not going to happen over night. It takes time and patience. As an over all experience, I promised she would see me again in the future. Probably sooner rather than later honestly. Due to personal reasons I had to step away for a moment. But I’ll definitely be back to train with her because it was an amazing experience! Another plus to this, is that I’ve kept the weight off since taking my step away. It was a lifestyle change that was worth taking a leap towards and I am so glad I did!
Thank you Claudia for showing me my strengths, giving me my confidence back, as well as being an amazing human being! Keep doing what you do best! ❤️
