What a great Yoga Studio! They won me over since day one! The smell of burned incense sticks when you open the door and the sense of peace welcomes you and sets the mood to a great class. The instructors are very knowledgeable and always friendly. Lauren, the owner, is amazing! she will go above and beyond to make your experience an enjoyable one.

They offer a variety of yoga classes, meditation, breathwork, pilates, hot yoga, you name it they offer it. It is great to be able to experience different types of classes and balance mental and physical grow. My energy level have increased since I started at Zero!

The studio is super clean, spacious, with nice showers and the yoga studio has always the adequate temperature. It is also equipped with special lighting and in some classes, they will play unique meditation instruments that will blow your mind away!

I love this studio so much because it has a very homie and cozy feel. The yoga room is so unique and it’s also very beautiful with the different lights. There is a variety of different classes and every teacher is wonderful with their own style!

I absolutely love this studio! I’ve been practicing for about 6 years and this is one of the best hot yoga studios I’ve been to. The hot room is the perfect temperature, teachers are very knowledgeable, and the vibe is just right! Super clean, peaceful space. I can’t want to go back as soon as I possibly can.

Kundalini New Moon Workshop was incredible. I felt such a shift in my mood and energy immediately. Lauren, the owner and teacher of the workshop, was incredibly warm, engaging and knowledgeable. She teaches in such a clear, authentic, and connected way. I love the space and the energy of the community. Excited to have this yoga studio and community in the Palm Beach Gardens area.

Zero Yoga studio is great. Very clean, heat is perfect in the yoga room, shower facilities are nice and clean, as well. The instructors are terrific and there are 60 and 90 min classes to fit everyone’s busy schedule. Come join today and you will be glad you did.

July 4th was a true celebration for the soul because At Zero opened its doors in Palm Beach Gardens. And I’ve been celebrating ever since. Each week more people are learning about At Zero and I love meeting new yogis each time. The studio is the best kind of hot and humid and kept very clean everywhere. My practice has improved and I am feeling amazing. Thank you Lauren for bringing this studio to our community. Namaste

Great hot yoga studio for 26&2. The heat and humidity are consistently perfect. The staff goes out their way to make everybody welcome. It’s all super clean, too. There are even showers for after class. The instructors know what they are doing. It’s the best kept secret in Palm Beach County… but not for long.
