I have had trainers in the past but Mark is one of the best I have ever trained with. He ask me what my goals were, and he took pictures, then he put a training schedule together along with a meal plan. I have lost body fat and gained muscle with the program that Mark has created just for me. I have had amazing progress and it has been sustainable. By far one of the best trainers ever.

Mark is an amazing trainer. I bought several sessions with him because I was dealing with injuries but still wanted to train effectively. He taught me how to work around my injuries and still train hard without beating my body up. He challenged me, but was very cognizant of my limitations. He's fun to work with and easy to talk to. He brings a wealth of information with him to every session. Strongly recommend!
