My girls have learned so much in just a short time. They have the best pricing and you can’t matching their customer service anywhere. They are very understanding on time frames and are flexible with make up scheduling.

We had a trial class last Saturday on 9am. There were three coaches and there was only one girl coach who paid attention how kids do. Other two saw multiple times that my daughter did wrong and it was obvious she didn’t understand what she had to do. They just looked at it and didn’t even try to correct her or explain. By the end of class nobody even explain me how everything works or offer an enrollment. Nothing. By the way, we had to pay for trial class $20.

I felt I had to come on here and express how happy I am that my daughter is at Balance. Balance treats their athletes like family. Their professionalism and experience is well above the standard. My daughter went for a try out class and I'm glad she agreed that this place wasn't adequate for her. The facilities look run down and dirty, and the area for parents to watch their kids is a joke. A few benches and a TV monitor doesn't really cut it for me. My daughter left without a drop of sweat so I know she wasn't adequately challenged either. We will be heading back to the other gym we were part of immediately!

My daughter had 1 class at the beginning of the summer and got strep-throat AND hand foot and mouth disease from there, during the summer they have their summer camp leave at 3 pm, same time as her class which was not part of summer camp, so of course the facility was infested, note my daughter was perfectly healthy and didn't attend anywhere else other than that class. I called them to let them know I wasn't comfortable sending her there during the summer since there were sooo many kids right before her class and since I work my parents took care of my kids so I didn't want them to catch anything. The lady told me that since I had already paid for the month they could go ahead and make an exception and pause her membership until back to school. I thought that was great. Summer went by, took her back to her class after back to school and got a horrible attitude from the front desk questioning me and telling me about their policy and how that is not allowed (mind you they are the ones who told me 2 months prior how we could make it work). The lady was so rude lecturing me and making my daughter who was excited to come very uncomfortable and she would not let it go or let me speak and explain what was offered, very frustrating, there are other ways to handle situations like this. I am definitely not taking my niece (who also got sick from there) and daughter back, will try another Gymnastics place which is near by.

My 5 yr old son attended gymnastics
for two months. I enrolled him because he was teaching himself to do front flips and kart wheels at home. I found the place to be exceptional and some of the coaches to be extremely warm and friendly. However, my son did not have a great experience with his coach. I was told he would have to learn to follow directions/commands for a month before learning any skills. Two months went by and he had yet to be shown a skill, nor was the instructor hands on. I asked how things were going and the instructor said in front of my son “ I don’t think your son is capable of listening comprehension” … I took the hint and never returned. It’s a shame because I found my son had a blast during gymnastics camp/ school breaks with other instructors. A coach should know some kids need to be shown a skill versus learning solely on listening comprehension. He’s also 5….

My children tried one class and they are registering for gymnastic. The school is very organized and it is huge! They have both recreational and competitive gymnastics. I am very happy my daughter is joining this school! She has ballet background and this would be an excellent addition for her. She has been asking to sign up for a long time. My boy is also joining the boys class! They are excited!!

My daughter's team was at a meet today with this team. Wow the coaches and competitors were very skilled and put up mostly very high scores. Unfortunately this was overshadowed by the blatant poor sportsmanship and disrespect displayed by their team and coaches. The only thing worse than a sore loser is and sore winner. Hoping your team can get back in the gym and work on their integrity. What a shame.

My 3 year old daughter has been coming here for about 2 months and I am so impressed. She has really blossomed both with her athletic and gymnastics skills but in her character. She is so confident in herself and as a mother I couldn’t be happier seeing her face light up when we pull into the parking lot.
