Dave and Dom create an environment like no other. As much as your player is willing to work, they are willing to help them. They have integrity and passion, like few other coaches I've known. It's appearant in the players they work with, too. They always coach each other up, put in the work, and cheer each other on. That's not an easy feat with a bunch of teenagers. They also attract coaches of similar mindset and work ethic to their program, which is constantly pouring into their players.
