An outdoor gym to go to get affordable, 1 on 1 guidance by a former 3-time Golden Gloves Champion, get-in-shape, relieve stress and have fun, while learning the art of boxing, sportsmanship, courtesy and fairness. Goals are to keep kids off the streets, away from drugs and alcohol and out of trouble with the law !

My son trains there,let me tell you,he had been at another place,they didnt even acknowledge him. Allen personally knows each student and encourages them to the best of their ability. My son has built a real bond with him and we appreciate all he does.

I am 73 years old with Parkinson’s . I have trained with Alan for over 2 years and my disease has been arrested. Alan is professional & able to tailor my training to my abilities. His schedule is flexible to your availability and his equipment is first class.
