Words cannot describe the "Fit Family" that has been built at BFT through the staff and clients. I moved to Tampa a little over a year ago and couldn't find "my people" until I came to BFT.
As much as we may all complain when in the workout, we love it. We PAY to be there - daily!
I have gotten stronger, faster and love my body more for the strength it has. BFT is not your typical Tampa gym - it's so much more.

I’m extremely disappointed with the way this business handles customer concerns. After experiencing a significant inconvenience caused by their team, the owners and staff refused to help resolve the issue or consider any of the reasonable solutions we offered. Communication has been unproductive—they even went as far as blocking us on Instagram rather than addressing the problem directly.
I have taken a class here, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business due to the poor management and lack of accountability. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make much-needed improvements in how they treat their customers

BFT has genuinely changed my relationship with fitness. I’ve always struggled with going to a regular gym and planning my own workouts. BFT has made it so easy for me, I just show up and a great workout is already planned. I love being able to track my progress with my heart monitor and having metrics to hold myself accountable. The coaches are great too and are always there for encouragement and to correct form which is very important! It’s the best gym I’ve attended.

I’m so grateful for BFT. Physically, I’ve made more progress towards my fitness goals than I ever have before. Mentally, the workouts are the best part of my day (especially the noon class!). I always leave feeling 10x better than how I came in. The trainers are supportive and understanding of your individual goals & also any barriers that require modifications. Since BFT opened, I haven’t looked back! I can’t imagine my days starting without these people! I love that each workout is carefully planned and challenging, allowing me to become better and stronger. But the best parts about the gym are the coaches and the community!! I truly love BFT Tampa & the community I've gained since becoming a member! I have taken other group fitness classes before, but this place is different in the best way. They have a variety of class styles which incorporates both cardio and strength progression. I can't speak highly enough about the coaches - they are encouraging and upbeat, and definitely practice what they preach which makes it easy to trust their guidance. Every single coach I have gotten the chance to work with at BFT Tampa has been great and very upbeat (which definitely makes the vibe 10/10!) I just finished a morning class with Gina. I am usually not a morning person but Gina is such a great and encouraging coach! She’s very knowledgeable on the proper techniques and mechanics as not to hurt your back when doing certain workouts. & definitely pushes you to do your best!! She always makes class fun, whether it’s dancing/ singing to the music during our breaks, or encouraging us to high five and support our neighbors and partners! I am looking forward to my next class with BFT Tampa :)

Every single trainer makes you feel like a superstar even on your worse day. I have tried every class / gym in Tampa & this is the first place where I see the results visually, which is why I chose them to get me fit for my wedding.There is ZERO judgement only Encouragement! My favorite thing about the gym is they have different equipment that you can’t find any other gym along with a trainers to help make sure you don’t hurt yourself. Highly recommend BFT!

Not the best choice for those with tight schedules who occasionally get an hour to workout and prefer to get sweaty/get a lot out of the hour. Most days had way too much rest between sets for my liking, and it was discouraged by coaches to do more reps since high-rep workouts happen to be my preference.
I also had a miserable time trying to cancel or downgrade my membership and could not get an email reply from their general manager until I went in person requesting my cancellation email be attended to.
I hate leaving bad reviews but I definitely wasted $210 with my monthly membership here.
If you decide to join, make sure you send your cancellation email request 30 days before your next billing cycle or your attempt to cancel will be even more difficult than just trying to communicate with the GM.
