Sunrise beach yoga with Diana is a wonderful way to start the day! It’s tranquil while still a bit challenging. She tailors the moves to the level of the attendees, so all ages and abilities are welcome. I was able to progress in my ability while attending too! Highly recommend for visitors and residents alike!

Having already taken about a dozen of Diana's beach yoga classes, I can only highly recommend her beach yoga class, currently offered Tuesday and Sunday at 7:30am. Diana's yoga style is considered and modulated (in contrast to a more dynamic, more aerobics oriented type of yoga). Diana's flexibility and strength is amazing, must really be seen to be believed. Obviously an experienced yoga instructor, she efficiently handles often a widely varying skill/strength level of participants, and she also custom-tailors the class accordingly. Diana is a friendly person, she makes everyone feel welcome, reaches out to each new participant as to their wants/needs and expectations, and there is no feeling of she being rushed or participants being rushed. Yoga on the beach has its pros and cons, but one big pro is that if one topples, one does so on soft sand; and yoga at sunrise has its own spiritual quality.
I am not surprised that Diana has a perfect score of 5 out of 5 on each review posted here - well earned and well deserved. [No association otherwise, not a compensated testimonial or endorsement]

If I could give 10 stars I would. Diana is a healer but so much more than that. She is an expert at Yoga, Reiki, Non-violent communication and all things positive, spiritual and energetically renewing. I fortunately crossed paths with her at the gym where she offers a yoga class. I knew instantly that i was in the presence of a kind, centered and spiritually strong woman. I wasn’t surprised to learn she was a master of her craft and had years of schooling and teaching. I knew instinctively that i was blessed by her very presence and she was the rare gift of a lifetime. I quickly met her at her Beach Yoga class where though it was too advanced for me, she offered modifications so i could get the most possible out of the experience. I was delighted she introduced me to that beach. I only recently moved to Palm Beach County from NJ and had yet to see this one. I realized Diana for me was about more than Yoga. She has an instinct for healthy places and ideas and is a treasure trove of information. In fact, she held a workshop on Forgiveness and Yoga Nidre using a title by a distinguished author and her expertise with the Yoga modality. It was the first time someone combined these two together and those who were lucky enough to attend were treated to a healing session better than the best talk therapy as it involved body, mind and spirit. She suggested a book on Yoga ethics that I can’t wait to dive into. Honestly, Diana has given me her time, her knowledge, her generosity and her gentleness and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Please, please give yourself even a moment with her. She is absolutely a gift that keeps on giving.

I am a 77 year old lady with chronic pain and many health issues. Diana has been doing Reiki and chair yoga with me. I am so amazed at how much this has helped me. I attended a Forgiveness Retreat that Diana presented, which was excellent. It opened my eyes to a new way of seeing things, and she gave good examples of the concepts that she was teaching.
I also like that (after the retreat) she emailed notes of the things we learned for us to refer back to.

Diana is an incredible instructor. I attended her forgiveness workshop. It was deeply helpful, structured beautifully and I loved the incorporation of meditation. Recently I attended Dr. Diana Tigerlily's Forgiveness Retreats 1 & 2 (10 days apart) via ZOOM. Both experiences positive.
At the first retreat Dr. Diana lead utilizing the works of Dr Fred Luskin, Ph.D. through his book, Forgive For Good. At her second retreat Dr Diana focused on guiding us through yoga Nidra.
Her countenance is peaceful and she offered an invitation to each participant to reach out to her in follow up.
Personally, during her guided yoga Nidra, I experienced a lifting of chest tightness, which for me as a long-time asthmatic, was liberating.
I highly recommend this retreat to everyone who is bound by unforgiveness.

I want thank Diana for healing me. A few weeks ago I was feeling terrible pain in my lower back and my hip area generally. The pain I felt did not dissipate even after taking traditional pain medicine for a week and was affecting my overall health from not sleeping from the pain. I felt restricted from normal daily activities. I reached out to Diana for reiki sessions. Diana explained the whole process to me. She was so professional, patient and calming that I did not hesitate to start working with Diana. After just 1 remote session I felt a big relief. During the session I could feel energy radiate through my body, especially in the painful areas I told Diana about. I do not know how Diana did this but it was incredible. The pain reduced significantly. Diana followed up with me and we discussed pinpointing more specifically the areas where I experienced pain. Diana suggested another session and again I was amazed and overjoyed because I was greatly improved. We did one more session and since then I have not experienced any more pain.
I cannot praise Diana enough and I am extremely grateful that I found Diana.

I love sivananda yoga. The class at the beach at Phipps park is awesome 👌. Diane is an amazing yoga instructor and her classes are incredible. For those who are looking to get a good sivananda yoga work out I strongly recommend to visit Diane class at Saturday 9:00 am at the Phipps Park.

My Experience At the yoga retreat was amazing! I didn't realize how much I needed yoga and being outside and Grounding myself until I finished the retreat. Diana is always wonderful she has a soft soothing voice and gets you to relax and out of your head. Such a wonderful instructor thank you so much. I would definitely do a retreat again!

My experience at Dr. Tigerlily’s retreat was absolutely transformational! The atmosphere was calm, inviting, open, and safe. Dr. Tigerlily does such an amazing job of cultivating an aura of warmth, community, inclusion, and compassion everywhere that she goes, and her retreats are no exception. I drove over two hours from St. Louis, MO to Marion, IL for the opportunity to experience this retreat, and it was worth EVERY SINGLE MOMENT! I cannot wait until she is in the Midwest hosting a retreat again so that I can attend again and bring a friend this time! If you’re considering taking up any of Dr. Tigerlily’s services, I encourage you to stop thinking and JUST DO IT!!! No exaggeration, her teachings have completely changed my life for the better and have been a key component of my journey from a history of abuse and trauma to one of peace and mindfulness <3 I could never repay her enough for all she has taught me and how she has impacted my life!

As someone with multiple chronic conditions, I have found Diana's private yoga sessions to be healing. I suffer from pain, stiffness, and muscle tightness. I haven't attended an in-person yoga class in years because the sessions are often too intense for me. When I started taking private sessions with Diana, I found my flexibility has increased, my energy has improved, and I feel more grounded. I highly recommend private, online sessions with Diana since she listens to you and your body and individualizes each session according to your body's needs and limitations.
