These include prehab/rehab, hypertrophy, strength, functional fitness, mobility, and sports-specific training. Operating out of Fitness Impact Training, Blake guides and supports clients on their journey to achieving lasting health and fitness goals.

If you’re new to personal training, please go to Blake! I had never worked with a personal trainer before, partially because I didn't want the pressure to exercise beyond my comfort zone but also because I didn't understand what there really was to gain. But after nearly a year of working with Blake, I understand what I was missing out on. Not only do I feel healthier and stronger, I'm much more confident exerting my hypermobile body without the fear of hurting myself.
Blake's boundless energy, kindness, and patience always makes me look forward to each session, which is saying something because I'm not always in the mood to work out and I'm not shy about expressing it. He's helped me become comfortable challenging myself while letting me set my own pace.
You'd be hard-pressed to find a more motivated and compassionate trainer, so if you're searching for soemone who really cares, look no further.

If you want a trainer who truly cares, look no further. He’s easy to work with, completely non-judgmental, and has the patience of a saint. When I initially started two years ago, I had zero gym experience - so he really took his time walking me through everything. I cannot recommend Blake enough!

I can’t recommend Bodies By Blake enough. Blake combines precise coaching with a no-nonsense plan that actually works for real schedules. Every session is intentional—mobility, strength, conditioning—and he explains the “why” behind everything so you learn your body, not just sweat.

Blake is an incredible coach! He helped me train for my first powerlifting meet, and I hit PRs in all three lifts. His programming was on point, and he really knows how to push you while keeping things safe and fun! 💃
