Offering one on one group personal training in a smaller less intimidating environment. I am certified to train individuals with cancer, cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy and other physical ailments or post injury rehab. I can be a mobile trainer where I come to you to train. I like to utilize Bands, free weights and TRX suspension training which incorporates your own body weight. I can advise on meal plans and nutrition to maximize weight loss. I am all about you and your goals to keep you accountable.

I went to Brandi seeking transitional exercises after physical therapy to return to weight lifting. She has lots of experience and knowledge as well a kind, enthusiastic demeanor. The workouts were challenging and effective.

I would strongly recommend Brandi. Iβm a plus size senior and she helped me incorporate very simple but effective exercises into my routine. She listened and was compassionate to my needs! I wouldnβt think of working with anyone else!

We have been through a number of trainers in the Spring Hill/Brooksville area over the course of 3 years. NONE of them have been as consistent and available as Brandi has been in the last year. Her gym is small and intimate and has everything you need. Our family consists of two young male ice hockey players...ages 13 and 15. Let me tell you what a difference she has made. For my 13-year-old to personally thank her and let her know how much he has improved on the ice must really mean something. Our 15-year-old recently had shoulder surgery. Brandi has been very helpful and gentle in easing him back into training and he is grateful and doing fantastic!

I have been trained by Brandi for about a decade. First of all, her studio is clean. After each session, all items are completely wiped down.She is also extremely knowledgeable. Brandi is more than just a trainer. She is a degreed professional, which means that she totally understands what i need. My primary care professional. orthopadic physician and chropractor feel totally confident in communicating how she can support them in how they treat my different conditions.

I've been working out on and off with Brandi for a little over three years now and it became apparent that training with Brandi led to bigger/better results. I've been working out (semi consistent) for 10 years now and before training with Brandi I began plateauing. I have been training with Brandi for a few years and hope to for many more. I have seen a total transformation in my body and have achieved goals that I never would have thought possible without her instruction.
