I passed Hugh in a gym training some people a while back and he’s someone you just can’t miss; very tall, tan, athletic handsome build with a deep voice. I started to follow him on instagram until I decided to pull the trigger and have him start training me. I have never had a better experience with personal training. He is so knowledgeable about the body and the muscles that innervate. On our first session he asked me in detail my physical goals and how I wanted to improve my body. He listened! He is professional and an all around sweetheart. But rest assure you will get your a$$ kicked! He switches workouts up so you don’t get bored. Some days you’re in a gym, some days you’re on a grass field doing HIIT, some days you’re running sprints outside! A gym membership, a gym class membership, a different trainer, nutritionists, everything.
