Best trainer I have ever had, and I've had dozens over the decades! Shawn really listens to your goals, creates a customized workout/nutrition plan for you (and adjusts as needed) and pushes you further than you think you can go. Bonus is that he also does stretching and sports massages! Run, don't walk, to see Shawn - nobody does it better! He's also the nicest guy you'll ever meet too.

Shawn has been working with my 17 year old son off and on all year. We love Shawn. He’s professional, kind, patient, abd knowledgeable . However, pushes and gets results. Met Shawn when I joined Anytime Fitness. Since I’m a retired Physical Therapist and CSCS I like to watch trainers train clients. Every gym I’ve ever gone to I like to pick a trainer that shows potential and do a workout with them. Shawn and I actually started out me showing him some golf flexibility exercises for his golf clients and I liked his attention to detail so I had him take me through a workout. Shawn is a great trainer and pays attention to clients needs. I have so many sports injuries and told him what I wanted to focus on. He was awesome and gave me a great workout. Shawn is definitely top notch and highly recommended!

Shawn is one of the best trainers I have ever experienced. I spent over 20 years in the fitness industry as an owner/operator. I came to Shawn over weight and very much out of shape. At 67years old I needed motivation, expertise, and most of all empathy. Shawn is very knowledgeable and sincerely cares about his clients. He was just what I needed. So I reached out to Shawn because I wanted a change in my exercise routine and I knew he understood how to get RESULTS! I knew that Shawn did personal training, but I never really needed it honestly. I had a gym membership, I was pretty active in the past, but between family life and running a business, I kind of fell off and I needed someone to give me some additional attention and to hold me accountable. I needed remote attention because I am not located in the same city as Shawn, and so I just needed someone to give me the right programming and to make sure I was doing the right movements to reach my goals which was to gain strength and hopefully, build some MASS. After reaching out to Shawn, he gave me a call and we talked through EVERYTHING. He understood what I needed and followed up with me in a few days with a full weekly program complete with workout sets and reps, tips on rest, mobility, diet, and recovery. I was very impressed! My first workout went great; I got a good pump, it was challenging, and it took less than an hour to get through everything (about 6 workouts). I loved how effective the exercises Shawn prescribed were and also the timeliness of the workout. It was literally perfectly timed! Shawn didn’t stop there though, he has continued to text and check in on my progress asking, “how was the workout? “How’s your week been so far?” “Send me some progress pics”. Ive been very appreciative of his follow ups because, although we are not training in person, it helps knowing that he is invested in my success! And whenever I have questions, he responds in a timely manner to give me the answers I need. I am 1.5 weeks in since starting his program and I am feeling good! Shawn is flexible in that he customized my plan based on my fitness level and needs; if I wanted to do video sessions he could have done that! And the price was extremely reasonable! No issues there! I will often let him know how my weights are going and he gives me feedback to make sure I am progressing. He listens to your goals and gives you a plan that is effective! I’m very grateful to be part of the Body By Lindo Team! Looking forward to some big results in the upcoming months. Choose Body by Lindo to invest in your health! I trained with Shawn Lindo for 5 years. He is not only a beast for a trainer, he’s a great guy and makes it fun to workout. I added muscle with Shawn and I was over 70 years old. He would stretch me after workouts and help me with every facet of body building, strength and endurance training. I miss training with him most drastically. Over the 30 years of weight training I have had a myriad of trainers, but Mr Lindo takes the blue ribbon. A hell of a trainer, a great guy and a good friend. I love him!!!

What a great experience! I've been working with Shawn Lindo for about 6 months now and I have not felt this good in a long time. We've concentrated on manual stretch therapy and my flexibility has changed the way I feel. A lot of different areas of pain that I had are now virtually gone. We've also worked on nutrition and I am down about 14 lbs. I've recently done some lab work with my doctor and all my numbers are as good as they have ever been. If you want to get better at whatever you're doing you should talk with Shawn!
