I've worked with Roxy for 7 years both in person and in zoom. She took me from not being able to walk without leg braces to getting in the best shape of my life in 50s. She has been there for me through 2 difficult knee replacements as well. I truly am grateful for the friendship and functional exercise knowledge that she has taught me. I did a workout and it is definitely full body! I’m sore in the best way, and I really enjoyed the space for an intimate workout experience - not a corporate feeling gym or class. It’s hard, but very approachable.
