joined today and last week had a free workout, I meet tony and alisha , truly the most nicest people you could ever meet very professional and caring, the gym is awesome well maintenance , great equipment indeed, ive been in all a x body builder and power lifter over 35 years and can tell you personally by far one of the best gyms with great equipment ive seen in many years of my gym trails, im very proud to be part of the body mechanics family, I truly give my full endorsement , come in try it, for the price you cant find anything better and the gym members are kind friendly and terrific people indeed, im very honored to be here.

They make the process way to difficult to terminate when you switch gyms or leave their facilities. Not worth it

Horrible experience, everything is good while you are a member but when you try to cancel, the problem starts. They made my fiance cry when she complained about being charged after having cancel the membership. Even after canceling the credit card the third party that billed us threatened us to put us in collections and we had to pay for several months that we didn't attended. No point trying to reason with Tony.. He just doesn't care.

If i could give a 0 start I would. After Having cancelled the membership i was charged for several months, never got a refund for the over 200 usd that i paid and not even an apology. When i complained they were rude to me and i was kicked out by the owner. This people not only have terrible customer service they dont have a heart either. Stay away from this gym, there are cheaper and better options in the same area.

Terrible experience. My girlfriend informed the staff she had a major ankle injury and could not train with Tony although he received the notice Tony proceeded to pull her credit card information and charge $100.00 for the month. When he was contacted his answer was the only thing wrong was she did not show up for training.
I would not recommend anyone to train with Tony he may know fitness but has no idea about ethical and professional business practices.

all the people saying the staff is not friendly or have an attitude must be going to a different gym and that the machines are wearing down ? that not true I been going to this gym for 3 years now and every time I go the gorgeous Spanish girl at the front desk greats me with a hello and smile and the trainers are super helpful and friendly when i dont know how to do something I just ask tony the owner and he helps me out! AND the best thing about this gym is the organization VERY rarely will you find the weights laying on the the floor or out of place like you go in the big cheap gyms like ufit, 24 hour fitness places like that.

Very disappointed in this facility. I joined for 1 month and equipment was older and not all was functional at all times. This i could have handled this but the attitude of the staff was unacceptable. I cancelled after the first month and they turn my account over to a 3rd party company that was to handle the billing on my credit card. I cancelled my credit card and have tried to contact the owner but he never returns the calls and the person answering the phone refused to give her name and give him the message without major details of which did not concern her. I am unable to to recommend this fitness facility.

I loved the gym, one or two years ago.. The equipment is starting to age and the hyped feel is becoming more bland every day. Lot of my friends started switching to other gyms being that the price is not very competitive. If I could target an age group for this gym I would say 40 and older, But anything younger I strongly don't recommend this gym being a consideration because of the slow pace and dull environment. I would gave this place three or maybe four stars If maybe they invested the subscription money back into the gym instead of their own personal interests that they can not afford.

Great Gym for the price. Its small but it has everything you need. Staff is nice, equipment is always spotless and if you need a personal trainer, Tony is always around to give you training sessions.
