Been training here since October lat year and it's the best gym. Parking always available, the staff members are amazing. People are really nice and friendly. Also, Hector is my personal trainer and is the best! He's always putting his best effort, excellent coach. Helps you a lot regarding nutrition, exercises and gives you always support on your workout!!!

the moment you walk in everyone is extremely welcoming and friendly and helpful to anything you need. I have tried multiple gyms throughout my fitness journey and this is the only gym that provided me with the results I wanted. I've been going to this gym for 2 months now. It's one of the best gyms I've ever been to in Miami.
You feel like family there? Everybody says good morning to you. I feel like I'm part of the family also very well organized. All weight are on the racks nice clean professional gym.

Worst gym to have existed.Paying $25 for one working bathroom stall, no AC and limited room to workout in. Honestly it's not worth the membership for a small and tight space. Basically has more cardio machines rather than weight-lighting machines. Also there’s barely any benches and people stand in front of the dumbbells

I went one time and the vibe just didn't fit me. No big deal. I was told I wouldn't be charged a continuous monthly fee if I stopped going and I never checked back in. A few months went by with no charges so I thought all was good. Later on some random charges from optimus fitness LLC started popping up on a card that had been discontinued due to fraud. I already told my bank to block all charges from them and I wasn't sure which gym it was that I tried that was charging me. Every month I still get charged. Pretty sure this is you guys. I came 1 time and never came back and it's been over a year. I'm not paying squat. You told me you had to come to be required to pay and after a year, you'd have to resign up. "No strings attached". What gives?

Me and my boyfriend were on a vacation in Miami and wanted a good gym where to work out during our holidays. Good gym with very good equipment, clean also. Not too crowded, so we did not have to wait for using a machine even at one.

I love this gym! Very clean well - maintained machines mean that is a pleasant environment to train in and the cost of all is very good with no strings attached.
Friendly approachable staff. Hector who is the owner and a PT as well is an amazing instructor, very knowledgeable and professional. Really good in motivating and helping with anything you need.

Awesome gym! It's small but it has everything you need. The new owner is super nice, they also now have zumba & spinning classes. There's also a shower on each bathroom which is convenient. Oh I almost forget, they have free coffee too :)
