Rick is the best personal trainer that I am happy to have met. I've had a few trainers in the past and none were as thorough as Rick. He helped me in many ways to improve my health and get physically fit. He is always motivating me to keep going and to make good dietary choices to achieve my goals. He is definitely a gem! You can trust that you will be more motivated to get in shape with him in your corner. I definitely recommend him!

I’ve been training with Rick for about three months now. I’ve really been enjoying my workouts and I’m happy with the results. Rick's workouts are not easy, but he has an easy-going approach, and such extensive knowledge of both exercise and nutrition that you really get a lot out of them. He takes past injuries into account when he chooses an exercise and, if anything is causing a twinge of pain, he is always able to offer a variation of the same exercise without having to discontinue it entirely. I also love that he is reliable. His workouts start on time, I don’t think he’s ever cancelled on me and scheduling a convenient time to work out is easy. He is clearly dedicated to his profession, and I recommend him without hesitation to anyone, no matter what their goals are.

I was given Ricks name several years ago by my neighbors that worked out with him. I had been thinking about going back to a gym, hated the idea of a big gym atmosphere and signing a contract. I talked to Rick and he said come in, do a workout and then we can go from there. Almost two years later, through a pandemic, I can't say enough about what a great atmosphere it is to work out in.The gym is always very clean and the other trainers are all very friendly. I love the idea of paying for a block of training without ever being tied in with a contact should my training need to stop. Rick is very knowledgeable and continues to educate himself which leads to new ideas and ways to work out.

I've been going to personal trainer Rick Gamache every week for 5 years. I never thought I would ever go to a "personal trainer" as I've been working out since I was 14 years old. As a medical doctor I felt I didn't need a "trainer" to teach me how to take care of my musculoskeletal system.
I was recommended to Rick Gamache due to some shoulder surgeries and limitations to my range of motion and strength. I found out very soon that my preconceived ideas of a "personal trainer" were very wrong.
I started training with Rick and my shoulder is back in shape and actually my entire musculoskeletal system is in great shape ( for my age... 72 years ).
Rick is a real professional very experienced and knowledgeable about this field. He is aware of what his clients need and designs a personal work out for the individual. In my case, he had me doing exercises that I never would have thought of or do on my own in spite of all my years of training.
As a medical doctor who actively played youth ,high school and varsity college sports (Buckeyes ! ) and with training in sports medicine (40 years experience) I strongly recommend Rick Gamache if you are looking to get into your best physical condition.

Rick is an excellent trainer! Been working with him for years now and I continually see results! Love his desire to train me and his commitment.
