The support they give to each trainee is as solid as the techniques they teach. The communication is incredible and if you have real goals of changing your life, these are the trainers you need. It's a worthwhile investment in yourself. Plus, the gym dog is the coolest and the stationary bike has an incredible view of the sun is coming up.
