OMG! Can’t say enough about David and his staff! I’ve only had 7 or 8 sessions and I already see better muscle tone in my legs, butt and arms! Extra bonus is that my cellulite has DRASTICALLY diminished!! This workout is a must for everyone especially for people with time limits! No excuses!

I bought a promo package for a few classes but I’ve continued to 9 months ++ and have seen a difference in my strength. Working out has been part of my life since I could remember. This is a great supplement to my gym workout and pilates sessions. Strength training without the back pain is such a plus. I have decreased my time in the gym. The trainers are great! They are always welcoming and accommodating with any injuries. The facility is clean and classes are effective! Mose efficient 20 minute workout I’ve ever had. I would recommend body street all day long!!

Fantastic workout! 20 minutes is really all it takes to get a challenging but doable workout. 92% of your muscles worked and great people and caring trainers. I have lost over 15 pounds and gained muscle mass. Easy to try as they offer free trials.
Just returned after 3 months in NY. Came in for my 20 minute workout and was shocked at what a great workout I had! Was so sore (glutes, biceps, Chest and triceps) you would never know I have been working out on my own all summer! In and out in 30 minutes as always and simply the best workout ever! Be back in November for 6 months and cant wait!

Not my jam ...
Everyone likes their own thing. These are the things I didn't care for:
1. Regardless of their advertising online, after my first visit, no one ever met me with my sized clothes on a tray upon arrival.
2. Speaking of sized clothes, even though its a 20 min workout, you are required to change into their clothes - liking to yoga shorts and shirt that help conduction. Having to change twice adds to the 20 min workout.
3. Speaking of changing clothes, you also have to get suited up in their equipment that transfers the current. So add additional time to get suited up & unsuited, then remember you change twice, then you have a 20 min workout.
4. Speaking of workout, I was working my way up to a full 20 mins and was at 15 mins when I was scheduled for a workout with someone else (unbeknownst to me). That person showed up late. They had to change and get suited up while I just stood around and waited.
5. Speaking of waiting, I just stood there and the workout did not start until 47mins past the hour. Upon my orientation session, David said that no workout would start 37mins past the hour for timing reasons.
6. Since the workout started at 47 mins past the hour, I was not able to fit in my 15 min workout - forget if I was up to a 20 min workout. That timing doesn't even include getting unsuited and changed. I was there 35 mins and only was able to workout 12 mins.
7. Working out in the foyer is a bit odd if you arrive a few mins early, or a class is running late and you have a stranger watching you, or you are sitting there watching strangers. If someone walking bye decides to walk in while you are working out to ask questions, they can and there is no reception. They are now in your workout and talking to your instructor.
8. Once the workout is over, you un-suite, and change back into your clothes - they spay your suit so much with water that your underware and sports bra are wet when you change back into your clothes.
Overall, my 3 experiences were enough for me to not even use out my 3 month purchased package. If they put the energy into executing what they promote online, they may have more success.

Bodystreet is an Electro Muscle Stimulation (EMS) training studio offering semi- and private workouts that pack a serious punch. EMS works by using electrical impulses (connected to your special vest) to intensify your muscle contractions more effectively as you move through a series of poses such as squats, bicep/tricep pumps, ab crunches, etc. All trainers are certified and experienced and will customize your workout as needed. Bodystreet has improved my core muscle strength, balance and mobility, all needed for golf! Most importantly, I can still workout if I have an injury which in turn helps heal the injury. The trainers are energetic and the great music keeps you in this “not so easy” workout until the end. When I’m done I feel as though I’ve worked out intensely for an hour or more - it feels amazing! And as an added bonus, the owner, David, along with his trainers, Ana and Linus, treat you like family and sincerely care about the successful attainment of your goals. You must experience this for yourself!

I started here a few months ago after a 2 year hiatus from the gym; I needed a jump start and accountability to get myself back into working out. David, Ana, and Linus have all been welcoming and motivating. Each trainer has pushed me in different ways; I appreciate the camaraderie and encouragement. I started with once a week and have increased my membership to twice a week because I was so impressed with the facility, the trainers and the cleanliness. You can buy a gym membership anywhere, but you can’t put a price tag on being somewhere that treats you like family.

I am 48 and an ER Nurse. I have had bilateral ACL replacements, and I have chronic sacroiliac joint inflammation. I tried the 1st class today with my daughter, and I can't believe it. Ana is amazing. So patient and kind. The facility is clean. They talk and educate you through everything. The 1st class was 14 minutes and the workout was unlike any I have ever experienced. I can't wait to continue. Looking forward to seeing the results. Thank you bodystreet.

It works! I see results in muscle mass, a better butt, and overall body tone . The facility is super clean and inviting. The trainers are the best. All experienced and knowledgeable in a range of fitness modalities. David, the owner and trainer is great in all ways. Ana is an awesome trainer and just brightens your day with positive energy. Bodystreet is great. There is significant research from Germany that shows EMS is more effective than traditional weightlifting. On top of that, David the owner, is so welcoming and friendly to his clients. All trainers are super nice as well.

Body Street is the place to be. I work here and love the workout and all of our clients. The atmosphere is always positive and encouraging. I do the workout once a week and it has been able to keep my body in shape, combined with a couple Pilates sessions per week. I really feel the difference in my arms and glutes.
