Unable to contact staff, attempted on 2 separate occasions to see the gym and possibly get a membership to no avail. Disappointed with lack of staff and inability to enter the gym when attempting to sign up.

I have been going to this gym since I was 16 years old, that was 6 years ago, I have never been treated like this before. The new owners are completely rude and not understanding, more of a don’t have complications and we will be completely fine attitude, not understanding to anything, just ended my membership and deactivated my key simply because I wanted to add two more months on my membership since I will be in town longer than I planned. I would not recommend going to these people, I have never had any problems until the new owners. So very devastating. They told me to go to the gym down the street so I would recommend going to them as well

No fancy bells and whistles; but the equipment is in pretty good shape and cleaned regularly.
