Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make! I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness are worth the challenge. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and constantly adapting my program to the needs of my new clients.

I had a great experience with Becca being my trainer. I have learn a lot from just the 1 month session and hard work pays off because I was able to lose 6 pounds and about 3 inches of my waist. She makes sure that she stresses the fact that what she does is only half of the part; I must do my part in order to really see the results. I hope to work with her again the in the future.

Becca goes above and beyond to help me with the nutrition side of my weight loss journey. Her words are always encouraging and her tips are so helpful. Great energetic personal trainer. She is always on top of things and makes sure her clients feel special always! I have done group classes with her and I booked her for my 15 year for one on one.
