I joined Built to Bloom about a month and a half ago. All the trainers are super friendly. I work with Maddy and she's super positive, encouraging and understanding. The other clientele are also friendly. Overall, it feels like a safe, inclusive environment. Regardless of your level of experience with lifting you'll get exactly the level of support needed with zero judgement. If you're on the fence, nervous or anxious to start strength training this is the place to go to start.

I love that I am surrounded and supported by strong women who encourage me to be the best I can be. Megan has been so helpful with my journey to be more healthy and strong and has a non intimidating way to push me past the limits I thought I had. I strongly recommend this gym to any woman who wants to start with a intimate gym at their own pace.

As of now, I go once a week in person and there are daily virtual sessions available where one can adjust the workouts based on the resources they have at home.

I have known Jordan since around 2019 and have left for various reasons including moving out of state and I always come back. This time it’s her own gym and is all female from trainers to clients. I cannot begin to express how much I recommend this gym. Every trainer there is evidently versed, trains themselves, and just makes the atmosphere comfortable. I was matched with Maddy and she’s encouraging yet understands my goals and invested in helping me reach them. I have worked with several trainers over the years in different states, and have always told my friends that I’ve never had as positive of an experience with training as I did with Jordan and she has continued to uphold that standard through anyone she’s hired at Built to Bloom. When I went to meet with Jordan and discuss my fitness journey, I was incredibly nervous because I haven’t ever really worked out before aside from small things here and there. Jordan was incredibly welcoming and friendly and gave me a tour of the gym (which is GORGEOUS, by the way—I’m obsessed with the pink) before sitting down with me and discussing how I wanted to get started. She explained all of the memberships and I decided I wanted to really take things seriously and went with personal training. I had my first session with Kennedy yesterday, and she was not only knowledgeable, but incredibly encouraging and kind. I felt great after my first session, and I can’t wait for more! I feel incredibly comfortable and safe in this gym, and I’m really looking forward to taking my fitness journey here. 10/10, ladies!!!!

I couldn’t be happier at Built to Bloom! I’ve spent the better part of a decade being intimidated to start lifting because of improper form, but Kailey has been guiding me through different exercises correcting my movements for the best lift. I found Built to Bloom on Instagram as I was looking for a personal trainer in Orlando (surprisingly not so easy). I was immediately impressed with Jordan’s knowledge and the general vibe of Built to Blooms social media. With that said, it still took me three months to book an appointment. Gym fear is real… if you know, you know. In hindsight I don’t know what I was afraid of. My initial consultation was easy and Megan really put my fears to rest. Fast forward to now, I have been working out with Megan for the past month and cannot be happier. She is so quick to accommodate any exercise to my abilities. She always takes the time to explain why we are doing said exercise and gently enforces proper form. The gym itself is so welcoming, clean and full of different machines that adds variety to my work outs. If you are looking for a personal trainer or just a safe welcoming place to work out, I highly recommend this gym!

This gym is incredible it is woman focused and very well organized.
My trainer Megan is awesome. She personalizes my workouts being cognizant of my age and abilities. (I’m 70yrs).
She is very professional and highly knowledgeable. She demonstrates everything and makes sure I have the correct technique.

Without a doubt Kennedy (Personal Trainer) has turned my fitness journey into something I enjoy and look forward. As an extra thick girly, working out wasn’t necessarily my idea of a good time… BUT having someone who makes it fun, breaks down each movement, genuinely uplifts you when you doubt yourself, as well as celebrate your victories regardless of how small has really shifted my perspective of what a gym environment/working out can be like. Built to Bloom and the trainers take the guesswork and judgement out of exercising in a space that is motivating and safe! I have lost 20 pounds since joining.

I enjoy the small group classes, they are educational and help you learn form. I also find signing up for the classes prevents me from bailing like I would at a gym I could just go whenever. The classes are also motivating, watching the class participants, lift higher pushes me to lift higher, etc. I mainly attend the 6pm classes with Brandi and she’s been great to work with ☺️

There is also a fit3dscan machine where you can track your inches, pounds, fat loss, and muscle gains which is very cool. The app to track each rep is also very user friendly and allows you to see your progress with moving up in weights and what you did the week prior.

Built to Bloom has helped me both physically as well as boost my confidence and make me enjoy working out ☺️

I don't recommend this place.

I am having a very bad experience with cancelling my subscription after my Back injury, They don't want to understand that I am not able to workout and I want to get refunded.
They lock you up on their own conditions, Jordan didn't want to make me cancel my subscription.

I rather go to LA fitness or any Gym in the area and cancel any time I want.

Please read the contract very carefully, because they will take your money regardless of your personal situation.

I can’t say I have ever been part of a gym like this one. I have been a member since Nov 2023 and I absolutely love it. I had been hoping a women-only gym would open (close to me) & I couldn’t be more grateful that it finally has. She’s so friendly and it feels more like you’re working out with a friend rather than a trainer. If you’re doing something wrong or have improper form she always kindly corrects you without making you feel bad for not getting it right the first time. Jordan is also quick to modify any exercises if they bother any of your problem areas (back, hips, etc.) I couldn’t recommend her more!
