Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. I have been coming to Burn for a few years now and I love it here! The workouts are great and you never do the same workout twice so it keeps things challenging. All the trainers are amazing and they all know how to motivate and keep you going. It gives you that energy to really push yourself outside of your comfort zone and get strong! The universal membership is great too because you get to visit other locations. Which comes in handy for me because I go to NJ/Maryland a lot and I don’t have to skip out on workouts. I joined Burn Boot Camp (Jupiter Facility) in January 2025. A couple of friends from work recommended it and I absolutely love it. All the classes are different and designed to keep your body guessing. The Trainers, Staff and fellow Boot campers, are amazing and they do a great job in keeping you motivated, engaged, focused and to keep challenging yourself..they also can get preeeeetty creative at some of the exercises which is why it makes them unique (I never knew you could do so many things with a dumbbell 😊). The Trainers also take time to guide you in other areas such as form and nutrition which makes a big difference. Burn Boot Camp has given me back the motivation, energy, and focus I’ve been lacking. Little by little I have gotten stronger and more confident in myself and it’s a great feeling. Burn Boot Camp is not just a gym, it’s a great community to belong to.

I started at the Jupiter Burn Boot Camp in the spring. I am in my 50's and have not participated in formal exercise in almost a decade. I was crazy intimidated to start back up. A dear friend suggested I try the Jupiter Burn Boot Camp. I was told everyone was supportive of each other along with a ton of high 5's. Jupiter Burn Boot Camp exceeded my expectations in many ways. First, it is truly a welcoming and nurturing environment. The instructors and the other clients are very warm and inviting. There are women of all ages, shapes and sizes. No mirrors and no judgement. The work outs are hard, but the instructors provide modifications to meet you where you are at physically. The instructors are cheerleaders that build your confidence and determination to keep coming back. Huge shout out to Rachel, Sarah, Andrea and Alexis! They keep me coming back!

I have worked out my entire adult life. I was a fitness instructor for 13 years but once I turned 40 I just fell into a rut. I was still putting 2 hours a day into the gym but I was gaining weight. A friend invited me to burn a few years ago and I went even though I did not think it would be for me. I could not believe how hard but fun that first class was! I canceled my other gym and joined immediately. I lost weight and am in the best shape of my life! And I now work out only 45 minutes a day. Going to camp is my favorite part of the day. Awesome boot camp classes. Lots of wonderful positive energy. Even if you've never worked out before, they will make you feel welcome and like you are part of a team. They have morning classes, lunch classes, and after work classes. They always greet you with a big smile when you walk in, and call you by name, which is really sweet. Every workout is totally different. They also have a spotless, adorable, intimate, day care if you have younger children. The studio is very clean, and the equipment is all newer. If you're a first timer, you'll feel right at home right away as they often pair you up and encourage high five's and telling others what a great job they did. You will easily meet like-minded people who may even become your friends! It leans towards female dominated, but there are a fair number of men in some of the classes too.

I like the early morning class times for those who need to get to work. I'm not always awake when I first get there but the trainers are ready to go and get you moving for the day! There are so many things I love about Burn. The workouts are challenging but can be modified for different experience levels or injuries. The facility is clean and inviting. The trainers are knowledgeable and motivating and they have lots of different class times to choose from which works well with my schedule.
It’s difficult to choose what I love most about Burn Bootcamp because there are so many things, but the community is unmatched! I have gone to several different workout facilities over the years but never have I experienced the type of environment Burn Jupiter offers. I never liked working out. I'm 41 years old and was never a gym rat. I didn't get those people.

I've been at Burn for two years and I totally get it now. I became a Payson who likes working out. I like the fast pace of changing exercises often (so I don't get bored). I like the staff and trainers; they're very attentive and helpful. I'm someone who is never willing to risk injury and do a movement that doesn't feel right. I've got knee issues and I don't hesitate to ask for a modification on moves I can't/shouldn't do, and the trainers are awesome about that.

I never thought I would ever be the person who truly enjoyed hard workouts. But here we are. 🎉🎉🎉

And numbers don't lie. Here's my most recent body scan (at Burn they help track progress). My body fat is down 5%, my lean muscle is up, and I've lost about 22lbs so far with changes in diet and nutrition.

Go! Just start! I was so nervous to get going. My friends had to really convince me because I was scared, I hadn’t worked out hardcore in many years. So glad they pushed me. I LOVE this place. I have been here for two years now. It is my place, my time. I’ve made so many friends and I get excited when I see them. I LOVE the trainers! They push me more than I would ever push myself and they are kind and funny too!

Burn Boot Camp Jupiter is the best!
I have been a member of Burn since 2021 and regularly attend the 45 minute camp five to six times a week. I’ve been to over 1,000 camps so this review is coming from someone who loves and is committed to Burn Boot Camp and can confidently share my repeated experience with this gym. (Long review warning.)
--Burn is a woman focused gym that offers nine camps a weekday (and three on Saturday). Five camps offer FREE childcare. Three camps are women only. Every camp each day is the same content so no matter what time works for you, you are getting the same high quality workout.
--Every day is different. The weekly protocol is shared on Sunday and usually consists of three strength days and three cardio days. You will never have the same workout twice. You will see repeated exercises and have an opportunity to improve and PR, but the overall structure, format, and combination of exercises is always new.
--The camps are 45 minutes long. This is the perfect length of time to warm up, do a workout, a finisher, and a stretch. No time is wasted as we are moving even when instructions are being explained. It’s 45 minutes to give it your all.
--The gym doesn’t use machines. We have equipment, weights, and an amazing floating floor that makes any kind of jumping or prostrate exercises so much more enjoyable. Many members bring their own gloves for weight lighting.
--The gym is clean and beautiful.
--Burn is for everyone. Don’t be fooled into thinking that because it is woman focused, it is easy. It is not. Burn has high expectations for its members and the workouts are always challenging. However, you can modify up or down. There are modifications for every exercise. You can modify based on the weight you choose (or do the exercise without a weight), the resistance level of a band, if you jump or step, and there are many other adaptations based on individuals’ needs which the trainers will explain and demonstrate.
--The trainers are top-notch. There is a long elaborate process one has to go through to become a Burn Boot Camp trainer. In addition to passing the Burn trainer examinations, they train like a student teacher leading camps under the guidance, instruction and evaluation of seasoned Burn trainers before officially being hired and placed on the schedule. All the Burn trainers and childcare workers are First Aid and CPR certified.
--The childwatch is fantastic. There are a few reasons why our members are so satisfied with the childwatch at Burn--the first and most important is that the workers are amazing. They take the time to get to know all the kids and put so much love into the time they spend with them. The room is clean and engaging. There is a cap on how many children can be in childwatch so members need to sign up and reserve a spot in advance. Because camps operate on a schedule and are only 45 minutes long, there is a set drop off and pick up time. In other gym settings, childcare can become very chaotic because children are coming and going at all times and each time a parent drops off or picks up, the workers are distracted from their role of caring for the children. At Burn, when camp is in session the kids have the workers' full attention. My kids request to go with me! And did I mention that the childwatch is a perk of membership so it is no additional cost (even if you have multiple kids.)
--Utilize the Burn perks. A focus meeting is a FREE one on one fifteen minute session with a trainer that offers accountability and a way for the trainers to better encourage you in your fitness journey.
--Finally, Burn is a community that feels like family. Ask anyone who has been coming for a while and you will hear about the “Burn Besties” and the friendships that have formed through the gym. There is so much support, kindness, joy, and love among the members. Nobody is competing against each other; we cheer each other on and help each other out. I value this place and these people enough to make it a part of my day, every day.

Every workout is different and designed to complement the others in succession, so you’re training your whole body over time. The atmosphere at Burn is something special. It’s bright, CLEAN, and the people are genuinely friendly. The trainers are understanding and encouraging. They’ll push you to challenge yourself, but also listen respectfully, because they care about how you’re feeling. The trainers keep me coming back. I’m one of many in the gym, but they make me feel seen at every camp. The high fives aren’t a gimmick, the support here is surprisingly authentic. The other women working out are quick to share a laugh or smile. The workouts are intense, but the trainers offer modifications so that anybody can get the right workout in. It feels like an inclusive, and nonjudgmental environment, with women of many ages and a handful of men thrown in. I love that they offer women’s only classes.

The childcare team is WOW. They get their own paragraph. They know my boys by name and are always so excited to welcome them in. Our first week or two was a period of adjustment for my 18 month old, but they were so compassionate. He was always held and comforted at drop off and when I picked him up. You can really trust the women in that room to look out for your babies like their own.

If you’re reading reviews to decide if you should try, do it. I was scared, and cried a little on my first day because I am ✨sensitive✨ and was afraid to fail at something new and take 45 minutes away from my kids, but I love it. I never believed I could enjoy working out like this, but Burn is something I look forward to each day and I feel much better about myself knowing I am working to be stronger and healthier.

I always did high intense interval training work outs at home (Shawn T Beachbody), but had to switch it up. I've tried gyms and workout classes, but this isn't your typical workout class. I absolutely love the accountability and the feeling of one on one personal training but in a group setting. I love that the coaches somehow know when you can handle just a little more weight, but also that you can go at your own pace. I love the focus meetings to discuss areas of improvement and the progress monitoring. Each class is large enough where you don't feel like all eyes are on you, and managed so well that you are constantly moving around to different stations and before you know it class is over and you killed it. I love that there's an equal mix of weight lifting and cardio throughout the week. I could go on and on. My ONLY improvement would be to have earlier Saturday classes available :) (I'm a 5:30 am-er).

I have been so intimidated to join for the longest. This past November 2024, I went for Streak Week (they allowed any nonmember resident in the area to also participate). After going every single day that week I joined! Everyone is so encouraging and no matter how many times I consider skipping a class, I am ALWAYS so glad I didn’t and I ALWAYS feel amazing afterwards. I just did 2 weeks of Burn Boot Camp and it was absolutely amazing!
The workouts are different every day, if you go all 6 days you would get all body parts, bursts of cardio in every workout, some more than others, as well as agility and balance. You are literally in and out within 45 minutes, yet you’re moving every minute. The active cardio warm up is 5 minutes, then you move for about 3 minutes while the workout of the day is explained, then 30 minutes of the main workout , a 2-3 minute finisher ending with 2-3 minutes of stretching.
All exercises can be modified. The trainers make sure to know your name along with any restrictions. Every exercise can be done at your own level, which allows to see personal improvement. The energy is invigorating, with fun music and all around nice people. The trainers allocate time in between to schedule 15 minute sessions to discuss privately any questions, wether about an exercise or goal. The facility is clean and organized. My friends and family use the child care, which the feedback I have received is that the child care staff is very alert and caring, as well as given the proper tools to make kids’ experiences fun. I am actually a personal trainer myself, and going to Burn has been something I look forward to everyday.

LOVE everything about this place! From the excellent programming to the super friendly, professional and motivating instructors. Movements never get stale because they change from week to week, yet the programming is very intentional with building from the previous week. Every second is accounted for in a perfectly timed 45 min workout that goes very fast! They don’t miss a thing; with focusing on a very well rounded strength and conditioning program. They do encourage you to lift heavier but always with proper form. The instructors will not miss you if you’re doing a movement incorrectly! I can’t say enough great things! They’ve got this down pat. They also create a VERY welcoming atmosphere with fellow members, balancing encouragement and motivation. It’s not just a ‘you’re in and out’ facility. Encouraging proper nutrition is also brought up routinely. All in an effort to keep us motivated, and it works! They routinely include fun things like salsa nights and social gatherings. Because of all the effort they put in, you feel like you’re becoming a part of a community. This is probably the most important reason why I joined. I did CrossFit for over 12 years and while I did love it, the injuries were not worth the workout. At Burn, you’re pushed but in a much safer environment. I’m in this for the long haul so being healthy enough to actually do a workout makes the most sense to me! If you’re a person that has a difficult time staying consistent (like myself), Burn is the answer!! All you have to do is show up and by the time the workout is over you’re feeling on top of the world AND so glad you didn’t talk yourself out of it!!

I cannot brag and rave enough about Burn and what it has done for my life. I had never worked out ever, until 2 years ago when I decided to give Burn a try because I needed a change in my life, and my mother could not stop talking about it. It was the best decision I could have ever made. I can’t imagine my life without Burn now! The trainers are absolutely incredible at what they do. They are so helpful, attentive, caring, motivating, kind, and dedicated to their members. The environment is uplifting and inspiring, and going to Burn is truly the best part of my days. Being a total beginner at one point- they made it easy and not scary. They offer modifications and will sit there with you until you understand. We have so much fun while working hard and getting stronger each day. Burn is just different. You don’t understand until you give it a try, and I hope that you do!!!

I absolutely hate working out. But after having 2 kiddos 26 months apart the baby weight just stayed on. It was time for me to get myself back. I started the trial after walking in I absolutely loved how friendly the front desk staff was- Alexis. I didn’t feel shamed walking in or out of place. Dropped my kids off in the childcare, extremely clean they even make the kids take off their shoes that’s a plus! The daycare attendants were awesome. My kiddos loved it even asked to go back after the first day. The class started and I realized it was all moms so they get it! They were so empowering the whole workout really keep you motivated and held accountable (my biggest issue in the gym). The trainer- Andrea was beyond sweet. She asked me what limitations/ailments I had and told me to modify if needed. Again didn’t feel shamed!

I am so glad I finally found a gym that has everything I need and was looking for in a gym. Don’t walk run to sign up
