I'll be honest... I really didn't want to start working out here. 😅 I always thought, "Group workouts just aren't my thing." But here I am over a year later with almost 150 camps in total under my belt and the most consistent I've been at the gym for years.

Ive enjoyed all the trainers because it's the perfect balance of being mindful to not hurt yourself while still building strength.

If you have young kids and have struggled to find a consistent fitness option to do with them—this is the answer. My kids love coming, which was surprising to me. I haven’t consistently worked out in years (many many years), but the ability to bring my 2 young kids and sometimes all 3 of my kids on weekends has been pretty life changing.

The trainers are helpful, friendly, and don’t make you feel like an idiot if you’re new and aren’t sure what you are doing. The format takes a little getting used to if you’re new to working out in a class like this, but you will catch on fast and I appreciate the friendliness of the other members.

Also, they don’t charge you late cancellation fees for missing a class, which again, with young kids is so important. You never know when someone will wake up sick and other classes I tried would have no flexibility in waiving fees. Burn operates to a Mom’s advantage. I’m thankful my friend made me come to a trial class when I really didn’t want to. The trials are really helpful if you’re skeptical and want to check it out!

This gym is great, I'm currently on my seven day trial period.

They believe in high fiving.
They provide FREE childcare, on certain camps, but daily. Which is un heard of and the girl who watches the kids seems great. The room the children are watched in is clean, baby friendly, toddler friendly has a separate bathroom, has a big TV with Netflix. It's great.

The gym itself is perfectly built and maintained. Every camo I have attended, which has only been two so far, today I do my third, has totally kicked my butt. All sizes come it isn't just in shape people, I've only seen one male so far customer wise.

The trainers will absolutely kick your butt. When I leave I ache til the next day in a good way!

They sell apparel and merch, which is stylish.

They have an easy to use app to book your camps, and even do virtual sessions.

Progress, Pain, & Losing My Will to Live: One Woman’s Heartfelt and Harrowing Experience at Burn Boot Camp Winter Garden.

I’ll be honest: when I first came here in June, I almost immediately walked out—this was SO not my scene: the bright fluorescent lights that showed every pore and unplucked chin hair, the loud music that made me feel like I was surrounded by youths at EDC, and the peppy, motivational trainers. Nonetheless, I knew I had a free 7-day trial and figured I would just get through one camp, hate it, and repress this memory deep into the same place where I hid my memories of my childhood imaginary best friend, Pennywise.

My first camp was Speed & Agility Day. Fantastic, I thought to myself, I’m coming on the day that is meant to make my lungs feel like they’re on fire while I have a heart attack. The trainers do a great job of helping you through the movements, whether you’re new or you’ve been there awhile. I fell multiple times, ran slower than someone 20 years older than me, and, at one point, saw my deceased grandmother calling to me—you know what? I wanted to go to the light, it was that bad. Despite that I felt like I was having a stroke during multiple sets, I somehow made it through the camp…and in those 45 minutes, I turned into the annoying friend who says “I’m addicted to working out!” Ugh, I know, I’m the worst. I immediately signed up for a membership.

During my first week, Caden started as a new trainer here. All props go to Caden for pushing me the last four months—he’s helped me adjust my macros, improved my form a thousand-fold. I like to introduce Caden as “The most optimistic, cheerful sadist you will ever meet.” Please note: I did not call him nice—he is NOT nice with those camps and he will make you consider pulling the fire alarm to get out of another set of pull-ups. Him and the other wonderful trainer there, Dezerea, will push you to become a better version of yourself.

I really wanted to wait until I hit 100 camps to write a review. I wouldn’t take the word of someone who wrote a review one week into working out. This is 4 months of consistently showing up at 8AM, 6 days a week. Four months of tracking my macros but letting myself indulge. Four months of learning to seek (and celebrate) progress, not perfection.

Again, ick, I know how all this sounds, okay? You need some Lactaid for this level of cheesy. TRUST ME, I GET IT. I’m not a peppy person, most days I roll my eyes and mutter a profanity when I’m asked to do another burpee, and I always want to run straight to my car and leave when I’m asked to do a building lap. Still, I would like to give a little taste of things that I have gained and lost over the last four months:

Things I Do Have:
- Bragging rights to losing 9lbs, 13 inches, and 5.5% body fat...all in four months!
- More anxiety pills expiring before I can use them because I’m feeling less anxious.
- A supportive, fun workout group with my camp who have learned that I am clumsier than all hell.
- Muscle definition that I spend a weird, Narcissus-level amount of time staring at in the mirror.

Things I Don’t Have:
- A broken bone or concussion (despite hitting my head a LOT on those pull-up bars)
- Excuses for not showing up...seriously, Caden WILL say something if I’m not there
- Guilt for indulging in libations and any sort of deep-fried yumminess—treat yoself!
- A 6-pack, so stop asking.

I really love the Burn community and everything that it has done for me. I’ve never been so happy waking up before the sun each day and this is coming from someone who hates the sound of birds chirping in the morning. If nothing else, I highly recommend trying their 7-day free trial just to talk to other members and see what the fuss is all about. Come join me if you’d like, I’m there at 8 AM every day :)!

I was hesitant to come here and feel like I was getting sucked into another franchise style gym. Thus far I have had great interactions with staff and instructors. The gym is clean, they offer child care, the workouts are always different and challenging. I also appreciate all the time slots offered, I can't use the excuse that there's not a class to fit my schedule.

Some days I'm sweating profusely and other days I leave with my limbs feeling like bags of water. I've never felt pressured to sign a contract or buy a product. I'll be here for the foreseeable future building strength and stamina for my busy life.

Can you remember the last time you went to the bathroom alone? Do you hear “Mommy!!” 600 times a day? When you hear “Burn” do you think of the grilled cheese you forgot to flip? Do you just need a safe place to exercise without a pelvic floor? Haha then this is the place for you!

Truly, I could not love being a stay at home mommy more, my 2 and 3 year old are spectacular….but last year I was really in a rut. It’s easy to get burnt out…I don’t have family or help here…I could but am poor at asking… I had a gym membership I wasn’t using, and I hadn’t had a moment without my children since before Covid. Several of my friends started going to Burn, and I didn’t think it was really my thing…but needed to try something so thought I’d go with my friends.

I think Burn is a really special place, I love that it’s 45 minutes and I work out so much harder than I ever have. Even days I think I’ll just go “take it easy” I always find myself doing more because of the atmosphere. It’s never awkward, it’s for all levels, it is easy to modify to do more or less, there’s such a cool range of people. I find myself wanting to go! The trainers are so awesome and kind…they have mastered the perfect balance of inspiring and encouraging, never in your face or uncomfortable…just incredibly helpful and always proud. I feel like I’m accomplishing something for me and being healthy for my family.

I’m seeing results, I have muscles I’ve never had, I’m energized…I began because of my friends, but honestly their availability is different than mine and we rarely workout at the same times, but I’ve made several new friends and some acquaintances where I don’t yet know their names, but there’s always a friendly face.

There are times for just women if you prefer, there are all ages and levels, it’s a really easy place to walk into. If you want to do your own thing…you can! If you want to make some new friends, you can!

Most importantly, my toddlers LOVE going to childwatch! If they did not, it just wouldn’t work for me. My 3 year old will in the mornings say “mommy, you need to go exercise, let’s go to the blue gym!” They like the toys of course, and the workers will have crafts for them or play their favorite dance songs from YouTube on the tv, they are always all smiles when there.

I think I like Burn because it is also similar to my church…come as you are, everyone has a next step, just keep taking one step at a time, and everything is better in community. Burn has been the biggest blessing, if you are looking for something….help, a break, fitness, family, one-on-one training/tips….Burn has it all and I cannot recommend highly enough!

Burn Boot Camp is not your ordinary gym. I was intrigued by my girlfriend's excitement over her own weight loss journey, so when an opportunity came up to try it for 7 days I did! That was 8 months ago, and I can tell you, I'm hooked. Everyday is a new set of fast paced protocols, working different muscle groups, building my strength, my flexibility, my endurance! I've done exercises I never thought possible. The Burn trainers are by far the best group of people I've met. There’s a saying the trainers use- everyone happy with that-after an exercise is demonstrated. Now, happy is a strong word, especially when used in conjunction with the challenge(s) set forth! All is good though, because you know what does make me happy? Burn Boot Camp makes me happy because I feel better, sleep better and eat better. Nothing is more of a food accountability partner than spending 45 minutes working and sweating hard. By no stretch of the imagination am I the class Schwarzenegger, but like Arnold, I’ll be back!!

I could start saying: Burn Camp is awesome. And it is. But I would rather say: Mental Health is important and Burn Boot camp will help you thrive in this.

When I joined this community it was probably 3 months ago and I was at the lowest point of my life, mentally (oh so much) and physically as well, I was the biggest and unhealthy as I ever been. I was/am going thru an unexpected divorce, that threw me down a rabbit hole. I wasn’t myself anymore. I lost 20lbs in this awful process in the span of two weeks.
I have a 2y/o baby so to throwing the towel wasn’t an option and I decided to give the boot camp a try.

Since I got there, the warmth that the people offer you from day 1 is outstanding, nobody knows what you are going thru but they are just such a nice community of people that make you feel welcomed and not judged at all. The trainers are amazing, but what makes Burn boot camp the best place is the quality of the people, the companionship they give you while you are dying slowly doing the reps haha.
But I could not recommend it enough. Working out will make you feel better about yourself and the physical part will follow.
Love the trainers, love the people, love the location.

I LOVE Burn Bootcamp! I have trained with RiRi, Kate and Dylan and they are all amazing and very motivational for those of us who are workout challenged. I love that I can modify my workout if I need to and it is encouraged. The price is a bit ip there but we’ll worth it💜

My husband and I enjoyed a terrific workout with trainer Kevin. The front desk lady, Jessica, was super nice and most people were smiling in the club. We enjoyed the bouncy floor as older clients with former knee injuries. The music was great. The studio was a little cold for me but I will wear a long sleeve shirt next time. Great 45 minute workouts for those of us with limited attention spans (me) and it appears that the workouts are never the same. Classy, clean and reasonably priced. I plan to join at the end of my free week.

Highly recommend Burn Winter Garden! I’ve never enjoyed working out in a group setting, but Burn is the perfect mix of working at your own pace while working together with great women to get stronger every day! Trainers are all exceptional, working with you to help you meet your goals and push you when you need the pushing. I just started Burn-Winter Garden, I’m using the free week trial and I have to admit, I really do love it already. Working out is a whole new world for me- I’ve never really done it, had never felt motivated to...BUT coming here on my first day (I was invited by a friend) trainer Lauren was amazing, made me feel so comfortable so I came back and then trainer Taylor is also so encouraging and both made me feel like I didn’t have to feel embarrassed or ashamed that I was a newbie.
