About the Club

Burn Fitness Studio is a private one on one non franchised, locally owned fitness facility in Belleair Florida.

In terms of personal training — we first establish goals and benchmarks together, and then create a plan to challenge you to achieve those goals.

Our programs offer an “interval training” full body circuit methodology that we uniquely developed. And each workout is designed to train, define and tone EVERY muscle group in the body EACH session.

This is done using the most effective exercises available and consistently changing up the way they are experienced each and every appointment.

In simple terms — we enable the body to use the most EFFECTIVE exercises the most EFFICIENT way.

Pretty sure I am entering my 11th or 12th straight year working with Tom. My body has changed a lot over the years and throughout all those changes, Tom has adapted my workouts to challenge me. I keep coming back because he pushes me in a kind way. He calls out my bullshit without making me feel less than. He is innovative with his clients and works around any limitations you may have. Speaking of innovation, the addition of Kim's Pulse program rehabbed me from a radical hysterectomy in March 2024, by working on the ever-important pelvic floor. With Tom and Kim's help, I was playing 2 to 3 hours of tennis almost everyday, and still getting my beloved boxing sessions woven in 9 weeks later. I could go on about how important Tom and Kim are to my health and wellness. I highly recommend Burn Fitness for any age or fitness level! Thank you Tom and Kim!

Started working out with Kimberly at Burn doing the EMS work out, she’s an incredible trainer and really takes her time to ensure the technique is correct, safe, and effective. I have been seeing her for a few months and already have amazing results. Recently starting working with Tom in addition to Kimberly and really enjoying it. I have worked with trainers over the years in NYC, Boston, Tampa and have never had such an effective, efficient work out. Tom is professional, detail oriented, and he really cares about getting clients results they want. If you haven’t checked out Burn Fitness you are missing out!

Kimberly has changed my life!! I have FINALLY found something I enjoy doing as a full body workout. I’ve been seeing her for 2 months now and I’m already seeing a huge difference. I’m feeling muscles I haven’t felt in years. She is constantly asking throughout the workout how I am doing if I feel any pains. I feel safe working out with her I trust her. Kimberly is AMAZING! She's been helping me recover from a severe knee injury and surgery.; taking extra time to learn how to help me recover better and faster. She even bought equipment just for my knee! Prior to the injury I was down 2 sizes, my endurance doubled, and my confidence went up. Can't wait to kick it back up a notch with more training with her and Tom.

Tom is the man! I have been training with him for a couple of years now and I am really happy with the results. He comes up with new workouts for every session and I don't think that I have done the same one twice yet. Also, I have always had knee problems since high school, and Tom motivated me to strengthen my leg muscles (I have avoided "leg day" for years), which really helped decrease the pain in my knees. I highly recommend Tom and Burn Fitness Studio!
