I was insulted by a manager and another member of staff. At one point refused entry due to my ethnicity, until management recognized the lawsuit potential and let me in.

I made a cordial and respectful complaint. I requested to end my membership. Unfortunately, I was insulted by staff again and made a cordial complaint again.

Management publicly apologized before privately proceeding to ban me and insult me once again.

With that being said, the Asian staff member is great. Never had an issue with him whatsoever. Always great service from him. Regrettably didn’t get his name.

Joined this gym after the one I was going to shut down . I’m not a big chain gym guy.
The vibe here is great and the people are there to workout which is great and motivating . Plenty of equipment and variety and no one bothers you and a good mix or people , you get in there get your workout done and get out . It’s clean and the staff are good , definite recommend !!!

I have been a member here for over 2 years now and I can honestly say that it is no different than any other gym, the equipment is great but old however the biggest issue is that they will not let you cancel your membership, Ive done everything possible to cancel my membership for the last 6 months but somehow the “manager” is never around, you can call, send them letters, even go in person and they will tell you the same bs “only the manager can cancel your membership” and this “manager” seems to be on vacation 365 days a year.

The gym has very new and state of the art equipment! They have a ton of machines so you never have to wait. The one small thing is it gets a little hot. It would be nice if they had a few more fans. But, hey it's a gym so you're supposed to sweat😅 There are older people like me there. I'm 65. And also younger people. It's nice to see all ages here. Not just body builders. I would highly recommend this gym.

Visiting from out of town, so came here on a day pass. Great gym! Lots of equipment (free weights, weight machines, cardio, etc) with enough redundancy on the free weights/barbell racks/machines so that I never had to wait for something (I went at 8:30am on a Thursday). Plus, the other gym members are SO NICE! No attitude when I asked where a certain machine or rack was. (VASA gym in Colorado, I'm giving you side-eye right now.)

I am extremely disappointed with the biased and inefficient cancellation process at Busy Body Fitness Center. My husband and I both needed to cancel our memberships due to relocation. He went in person to the front desk and was able to cancel verbally without any issues (the front desk person was not a manager)—though he was still charged for February, despite informing them he would no longer be in Florida as of February 1st.

To ensure my membership was also canceled, I went to the gym myself, expecting the same process. Instead, I was told by the front desk that I could not cancellation without speaking to a manager a completely different response than what my husband experienced. When I explained that I had been calling all week without any answer, I was still told I needed to speak with the manager, who was conveniently unavailable.

I tried one last time today to call—again, no response. With no other option, I sent an email requesting cancellation, only for it to **bounce back** due to “mailbox maintenance.” At this point, I am left with no choice but to send a certified letter just to cancel a membership, something that should be as simple as a few clicks or an email.

It is unacceptable that a gym still operates with outdated and inconsistent cancellation practices, making it nearly impossible for customers to leave. It’s clear that they make the process unnecessarily difficult, possibly in an attempt to continue charging customers who are trying to leave.

If you’re considering joining, beware of their shady cancellation process. I wish I had listened to other reviews before signing up.

It's a great gym with a lot of equipment. They don't try to sell you the place sells itself . I knew what I wanted in a gym been training my whole life. So I just went and asked to look around , looked around for 5 minutes and I was sold. There's was no one pressuring you to join or promising any gimmicks. You can go in do your thing and train and be done. There's always open free weights and machines, and abundance of them. You can be a beginner and intermediate or advance lifter There's Noone judging . Leave your pride and ego at the door and just go train. Have a blessed day.

Called to get pricing details, as is a terrible tradition, some gyms like this one keep deciding to use complicated pricing schemes, 'enrollment fees', and think that short term gym use necessitates a price premium. Please do better.

Edit (response to owner reply): "Our memberships are simple" is easy to say but when I'm told 3 different options, informed about BS fees, and given short term/long term/pay in full pricing, you've lost the 'simple' argument and makes me feel like you're the type of establishment that I'm going to have to mail a certified letter somewhere to cancel my membership, it just gives off the wrong vibe. How you present your pricing and how you welcome new members with your pricing says just as much about you as what its like inside your facility. I should feel as welcome as I do coming into your gym as I do getting a membership, what exactly is welcoming about an 'enrollment fee'? If you are going for the small local welcoming vibe, consider if your pricing strategy says that about you as well.

The best gym around for those individuals who are serious about their workouts. I was thrilled to have found a gym in Palm Beach Gardens that was similar in many aspects to arguably the best gym in the country, known as The Mecca- Power House Gym Bev Francis.
However, the staff is unwilling to deal with individuals who consistently leave multiple plates on machines and or leave dumbbells scattered throughout the gym after they complete their sets.
Very few members rack the weights after use!
I expressed my experience/ frustration to the kid at the desk and he actually agreed with me but argued there was nothing he could do.
My humble opinion: The policy needs to be enforced and those inconsiderate members who violate this policy/rule should have their membership revoked-
No one should have to rack someone else’s plates or search for dumbbells that are left all over the gym, I expect that type of experience at an LA Fitness, planet Fitness and Crunch but I was expecting better for this gym-
Disappointing that management doesn’t recognize this or care.
I cancelled my membership for this reason.

If you are looking for a gym that has great equipment to get that old school push and pull workout than this is the place. This gym has at least has 8 to 10 machines per body part. Every other month, some new equipment appears on the floor. They do a great job at replacing the padding on the equipment as needed. Also thank you very much for updating the men's shower rooms.

I'll say, the owner really knows his equipment brand, variety, quality, and curates pieces for muscle-targeting.
The gym is perfect to attract serious gym enthusiasts and bodybuilding, which I love! The new benches and leg equipment are like holiday gifts, clearly shows care for members and purpose.
Members respect returning weights mostly, I only wish cellphone distraction or heavy use can be omitted in workout areas, but it's not a huge problem at this gym.

I left crunch to come to this gym because crunch was way too busy and full of people who really didn’t want to work out in the first place. I never have to wait for a machine and if one is being used, they have probably one or two more of the same machine to use. My only complaint is half of the machines/dumbbells/benches are falling apart and some of the machines don’t even have numbers on them anymore so you can’t read what weight you’re at 😅

Front staff is college kids who do homework, they don't clean equipment or enforce gym rules. Paper towels are always out and the front staff says only the custodian who comes at 9 pm can fill them up. Bathroom is always out of paper towers. I’ve been a member for a couple years now, I’m so content here. From Busy Body to Fitness For Everyone to the renaming again of Busy Body, I’m grateful to be a member. It’s a “home-y” gym with every piece of equipment I need. Specific deadlift bars and updated machines, it truly is my favorite! I try to go when it’s less “busy” but even during the popular hours, it’s still an ease to find and use equipment. Next on the list is a sauna!🤪

Best gym around for powerlifting and bodybuilding. They have a lot of unique machines and equipment you will not find in other gyms in the area.

I have been going for a year and the staff is so amazing and helpful, especially Joanna. Love love this gym. I have been to all the gyms in this area and this is by far the best!!!!!

The gym has had a handicap bathroom out of order for over a month and a machine with ripped material. 3 months after joining I was billed $49 for a yearly maintenance fee but i don't see any maintenance happening.

Awful experience!!!! Canceled my membership before the gym was bought back from Corey. Well a year later i get a letter saying my account went to collections and I owe a substantial amount! Never will I recommend a gym that is SHADY like this one! I will tell everyone in Palm Beach County about my experience!
