Sense Ron is a great sensei . And it’s very obvious that he genuinely loves to teach kids and adults of all ages. With everyone that he teaches he takes his time so each, and every one of them can learn how to defend themselves . And only if it’s absolutely necessary for the kids to use the disciplines they have learned to stop a bully or someone with bad intentions. This is a great man and a great sense . Our son has been taking karate at Cape Coral Karate for almost a year, and it’s been such a great experience. The school is run by a wonderful couple, with their son also helping out at times, which adds to the warm, family atmosphere. The classes are structured but also fun, with engaging games that keep the kids excited to learn. They are patient with the kids and do such a great job meeting them at their level. They are great with my daughter and they definitely have patience. My daughter has gotten better at balancing and she is very focused at home while she is doing her chores. I also enjoy how strict they are when kid's get out of line during class. I'd like to see more sparring tho, so my daughter knows how to deal with real situations that she could possibly run into during her school years, and upcoming adulthood. Maybe even more real life role-playing of different situations.

Cape karate is amazing! Our son looks forward to going weekly and is eager to engage in the challenges both physically as well as mentally. I love the discipline and respect that is encouraged and the reward system. Our son by week one was already practicing self discipline and self awareness and doing it at home and in school. Little Dragon for ages 4-6 yrs has been a great fit for 5 year old son for many reasons. Ron & Nattah provide great martial arts teaching atmosphere that incorporates fun games to adopt and master skills and reward & recognition to promote goal setting. My son was thrilled to achieve his weekly stripes, the next level belts and most of all the board breaking. We attend twice a week when works best for our family schedule. I like both the small and large class settings for different reasons. Small session has time for mastery of skills while the large setting is practicing patience, focus, kindness, cheering on others. This karate program was recommended by a close friend thats a veteran mom with young adults, teenagers, toddler and a newborn. The balance of firmness, kindness and fun is what has made this a great fit for my child participating and for my toddler watching and waiting.

We are so happy we found this dojo! My son loves it and he’s so excited to go to class! We are already seeing positive shifts in our son’s overall behavior in just our first month. We’ve been taking my son for the past few months and he absolutely loves it! He’s never been into sports like soccer or baseball, but we signed him up at Cape Coral Karate and he’s having an absolute blast. The instructors are absolutely amazing, and so patient with the children. They are so good at getting all the students to focus and use proper technique even at such young ages. My son was 4 when we started and just recently turned 5. His behavior at home has improved as well since coming to class. We were looking for a place that practiced positive reinforcement instead of negative/yelling (that happened at 2 of the other classes we checked out) and are so very glad that we found Cape Coral Karate! I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to Master Ron. Since my son, Ryan, started taking karate classes a few months ago, I've seen incredible changes in him, and it's all thanks to his amazing teaching style.

Master Ron has a fantastic way of engaging kids and making karate fun and exciting for them. He creates a positive and supportive environment where Ryan feels comfortable learning and pushing himself. The best part? These positive vibes have spilled over into other areas of his life!

Master Ron at Cape Coral Karate has been a wonderful leader and role model for my son (5 years old). He is patient with the students in his class, takes the time to really get to know them, and you can tell that he truly cares about the whole child, not just how athletic they are. I love that his approach with the kids is to make sure they are using their karate skills such as self-discipline, respect, and responsibility not just in class, but also at home and at school. I feel that Cape Coral Karate is a very nice place for your child to learn karate. The Sensei is very kind and makes it fun, informative and instructional. My very first moments there were a great learning experience not only for myself but my acquaintances. From my first impressions of Master Joslin I knew that I had found a true master at work.
