I’ve been attending this studio for over a year and absolutely love it. They have great instructors and a variety of classes. I love that they also offer virtual participation because I travel for work. Super cute, clean studio with a darling shop and locker room. Very nice diverse community—all are welcome. Highly recommend this studio!

Beautiful, clean studio. Friendly staff, teachers and yogis. Loved they had hot yoga classes. The teachers I encountered seemed knowledgeable and had a welcoming sense of humor. Signed up for the 1-week vacation pass and attended 5 classes. Loved they had 0730 classes. If I'm in the area again, I'll be sure to go back.

What an amazing find in Cape Coral. The studio is beautiful (it even has a locker room with showers)! The owner is genuinely fabulous and really cares about the practice. You feel welcomed by her and you will definitely sweat in the Bikram class, so bring extra clothes to change into after. Definitely worth checking out this place!

A few girls went for the meditation and visionary board with Danielle. I am still smiling and feeling the positive energy and joy that came from this session. Danielle was so organized, professional, and supportive….such an inspiration!! A few of the coaches were there and they are just amazing. I felt very peaceful and grateful, a truly incredible team ♥️

I moved from Fort Myers about 2 years ago and still have never been able to find a hot yoga studio as amazing as this one. The owner is so sweet and will know your name by the first or second time you take a class. It’s very non-judgemental so if you’re new, you don’t feel uncomfortable.

I had a wonderful experience! The yoga studio was super clean. Lots of class choices and workshops for all levels. Good experienced teachers who take the time to explain things if you need it (very important). The Boutique was filled with lots of good name brand yoga attire and supplies/equipment. The studio also has the most wonderful healing crystals and stones ever...! Unique beautifully handcrafted gifts by Lila ect... Looking forward to my next yoga class. The best gift ever I can't thank you enough.

Beautiful studio with welcoming energy. I took the hot yoga class with Heather and although bikram can be intense she made it feel like a loving experience. Encouraging time to recover and also times to get past your mind and allow the body to open up. Love it here and will try other types of classes offered

First time attending Reiki and Restorative Sound Bath,
it was a great experience. Place was clean, organized, smelled like lavender. Locker and bathroom were cleaned. Instructor Kayleigh had a great soothing voice, calm and clear. Signed up for my second class. Highly recommended if you are looking to ground yourself, and inner peace within.

What a beautiful studio and community! The space is immaculately clean and functional with so many thoughtful touches in the studio and the (reallllllly nice) locker room/shower area. The practice space is modern, clean and bright (which is not always the case in Bikram/hot yoga studios). Both the teachers and other yogis were so open and welcoming. I've practiced yoga for 17 years and all over the country, and this is like a dream yoga studio come to life - quite a hidden gem in Cape Coral!

If you are 'on the cape' and looking for an awesome yoga studio definitely check out CCYP. The studio is really nicely appointed and spacious, showers and lockers, 2 rooms delivering a full schedule of; Bikram, Flow, Pilates and more. Very nice team led by Heather. Very humble and welcoming environment for aspiring yogi of all abilities. So grateful to have such a nice studio nearby.

This studio is amazing. The owner, Heather, is awesome. Very welcoming and everyone is so friendly. You won’t feel judged here no matter how experienced you are. I always feel amazing after I leave. The have a few little bonuses like showers, free towels to use, free lockers and a water bottle fill station. You can rent mats if you need to and the cool lavender towel you get at the end of a hot class is heavenly. They are great with kids as well. I’ve started bringing my 11 year old son with me to the gentle yoga classes, he loves it and the instructors have been so great with him.

If you have never tried hot yoga, now is the time! I have been doing it for years and credit it for my overall well-being and health! At first, you will feel like you cannot stand the heat. That passes and you will be cleaning every organ, muscle and joint. There is nothing like it in the world! Heather is great and the studio is a dream come true! Everything is fresh and clean with showers and towels. Wow! I am almost 70 and recently had surgery and my doctors could not believe how well and fast I heal!!! I attribute that to hot yoga and can't wait to get back!!! It is endorphins on steroids! You ROCK Heather!

I'm visiting Cape Coral for a couple of months and am so happy to have found this beautiful yoga studio. The teachers and owner are friendly and super supportive of the students, especially with regards to encouraging variations and modifications of poses, which makes every class accessible. The layout of the space is brilliant, with showers and a large private locker room. I may never go back home! If you love hot yoga as much as I do, Cape Coral Yoga & Pilates is the place to be.

I absolutely love this studio. The instructors get to know your name and the classes are challenging but have the ability to be modified.
The building is so well thought out. The main yoga studio has a very low impact cushioned floor and the locker room looks like it should be out of a magazine! Very impressed with this place
