For a city gym, you can’t beat it. Staff is always very friendly, place is always clean and most members are quite respectful of each other. It is small, but I’ve never been there and felt crowded. Only thing I wish they had was a bike you can do an online spin on, but they do have spin classes at the community center. Also, there is hiit class there that is included with the membership that is run by Coach Blaine. You won’t find a calorie burn like it anywhere else, highly recommend!

Good variety of equipment, very clean, kind staff! They also allow kids 13 and older! Also, even when it is "crowded" there are always more than enough machines. Even between 5-7 PM you won't have to wait. Great community resource!

Quiet, never crowded when I go, not full of big muscle building athletes so I feel comfortable with my little walk on the treadmill and low weight machines. It’s not intimidating.

I love this gym, it’s clean, never too busy, it has everything you need to get a good workout. If you’re looking for a quiet, introvert friendly, serene atmosphere with polite staff to workout without the busy traffic of a ghetto PF or Crunch, this is your place. I’m visiting my niece in Tamarac for a month so need a place to workout. When traveling, I always try to find a community center to workout if not staying in a hotel.
Tamarac has one of the best fitness centers thus far. I love the location and the staff is very friendly. It opens at 6am which is later than I would like but it works.
I paid $40 for 3 months and can suspend membership until I return which is wonderful. The annual membership is $150 and $135 for military and few other groups.
If you live in this city or a visitor, I highly recommend this fitness center.

This is not a huge commercial gym but has all equipment needed for keeping you in good health, machines are disinfected everyday, environment is peaceful, friendly staff, daily operational hours and price are A+.
