I had a session with Wesley and he absolutely knows his stuff! The gym was clean, the equipment had plenty of variety and you could tell they take care of it; but again, the thing that impressed me the most was the knowledge! I told Wesley what I want to work on and he immediately put a supremely effective workout together for me that not only targeted my goals, but also challenged me within my skill-level. Overall an incredible workout and I can’t recommend this place enough!

I have had the pleasure of getting to know Lee and Stacy ( the owners) of Catalyst Community Wellness over the past few months along with their son Wes who runs many of the classes. I’m impressed with how much they care about their gym and members. They are creating a community that’s all about transforming body, soul & spirit. I highly recommend the gym if you are in the Ft. Myers area.

Today I had the pleasure of having a personal training session with Wesley Wood. He is super knowledgeable and created a personalized approach to meet my fitness goals while taking into consideration my past and present injuries. He’s also very relatable and a pleasant, friendly and down to earth guy. I’m very much looking forward to future personal training sessions with Wes. I love the intentionality of this gym. The staff is intentional about relationships. The workouts are intentional to not just train you physically, but mentally as well. Their FREE Faith + Fitness class on Saturday morning trains your spirit, in addition to your body and mind. Catalyst is the WHOLE PACKAGE that I don't think I've ever seen in any other gym. A person's physical, mental, emotional, relational, environmental and spiritual health are all connected and influence one another. Catalyst gets that and works to strengthen the whole person. I highly recommend it!
