I wanted to put my two daughters in gymnastics and this place popped up as one. I spoke to Shelly over the phone regarding the cost and times. She was not the most friendliest of the bunch. We set a day to do a trial run. The outside appearance of the place was ok. Inside the I thought looked a little old and rundown. Spoke to Shelly about signing up and she was very rude. How does a place that deals mostly with young kids have a person like her running this place? That alone was a turnoff. My girls loved the class but I'd rather go somewhere else.

My daughter has been attending Cats for years and she absolutely loves it. We have seen her improve in her gymnastics and more importantly her confidence regarding it. She attends the summer camp as well and enjoys it.

My daughter has been at Cats for weekly classes since she was 2. It's not necessarily an Olympian training ground but it provided guidance, instruction, and social interaction. My daughter has continued to love it. We signed up for a week of camp this summer and it exceeded all my expectations. My daughter loved her experience and was happy to go every day. I recommend for fun classes but highly recommend for a great day camp experience.

Our experience with CATS Gymnastics over the past year and a half has been nothing short of wonderful! Our almost 5-year-old genuinely looks forward to each class and adores her coaches. She also thoroughly enjoys the no-school camps, which are always engaging and well-organized. We’re especially impressed with how the program introduces fundamental gymnastics skills in a way that’s both age-appropriate and encouraging. The “fun meets” are also a thoughtful touch, as they give the little ones a chance to shine and share their progress in a positive, supportive environment.

We love CATS!! My daughter has participated in their sessions, birthday parties, adorable show, and camp. Each time, she begs to stay longer and can’t wait to return. Thank you for providing such an engaging and fun experience for our children!!

Extremely Disappointed – Not Suitable for Young Children
I had a very upsetting experience with Cats Gymnastics and feel compelled to share it, especially for parents of younger children. I enrolled my almost-3-year-old son in their summer camp fort 1 day to try it out, which they advertise as being open to children as young as 2.5 years old, as long as they're potty trained. My son meets those criteria and is fully potty trained, so I felt confident signing him up.
However, less than an hour after drop-off, I received a phone call from the front desk. The woman on the phone was extremely rude and clearly had no patience or understanding of toddlers. She complained that my son wasn’t staying with his group, wasn’t staying still, and had walked into the lobby looking for me. Instead of offering any real support or guidance, she bluntly told me that he couldn’t continue at the camp for next week. She even suggested that he could sit in her office "between four walls" until camp was over at 12 noon – as if confining a toddler to a room for hours was an acceptable solution. I was absolutely livid. Why would I pay $45 for my child to be isolated like that?
The staff made it very clear that they expect toddlers to sit still, follow directions perfectly, and not interrupt instructors – expectations that are completely unrealistic for this age group. If they are not equipped to care for and manage toddlers, they should not be advertising programs for children under 4. This experience showed a serious lack of understanding of early childhood behavior and development.
I am now in the process of trying to reach the owner to request a refund, which is proving difficult as well.
Bottom line: If your child is under 4, I strongly recommend avoiding this camp. They do not have the patience, experience, or proper attitude to work with toddlers, and the way they handled the situation was completely unacceptable.

My daughter loves Cats gymnastics but sadly no longer wants to attend because of the location. After every class she takes there is a group of boys on bikes that terrorize the people in the parking lot. This frightens my daughter so much that we are going to have to switch gymnastics studios. It is unsafe for everyone! The studio is great and this is very sad that we have to switch.

We really like this gymnastics studio. The atmosphere is great, and the teachers are very friendly. It feels like a real gymnastics facility, and the owner has been helpful. The energy is great, and we plan to stay long-term.

Not usually one to post a 1 star review but credit is given where credit is due 🙃
After a small issue arose about my daughters account and makeup classes (that should have been quickly cleared up and admitted as a miscommunication on Cats side), not only did the owner Miss Shelly display the utmost unprofessionalism in her delivery to me regarding the issue, but her condescending and miserable attitude, (as many other 1 star reviewers before this also mentioned), just added insult to injury. She continued to scold me in front of my 3 year olds class and then accused me of lying so I could get a free gymnastics class (????) All this for mistakenly showing up on the wrong day and for not knowing my daughter's session had apparently ended...not ONCE in two months did I receive any form of communication from them like she said I did.
This business is like a bait and switch. All they want is to take your money, fill your child's "paid for" regular class spot if you're a few minutes late to class and then berate their customers and accuse them of lying. I will continue to drive my daughter 45 minutes away to Gym Like This before giving Cats another dime. Greed brings misery, Miss Shelly 😉

I usually don't like writing reviews but this time i felt the need to, we went today for a tryout for my nephew he was extremely happy, the front lady that claims to be a manager has a nasty attitude, seems to me she HATES her job. Seems like she doesn’t have patience to be dealing with kids. When I arrive, I asked her for the bathroom and she was extremely rude to me. I felt horrible, but didn’t say anything. Then, after she proceeded to be rude to towards My Sister and the kids. She was really rude to the teacher in front of the parents and in front of the kids, which I thought it was unprofessional of her, not good customer service coming from her “the manager” really unprofessional. The teacher was extremely nice, super sweet and by reading the reviews, It seems like it’s not the first time that she’s rude. Is sad how the owner of the place doesn’t really pay attention to the customer service. Definitely not coming back or bringing my kids there or recommending it to nobody. Don’t come here rude customer service from the manager!!!!!!!!!!

I went to see my nephew today, because my sister was thinking about signing him up but the manager was extremely rude to her. Honestly, she should not have a job that requires to deal with kids. Reading the reviews it seems like is not the first time that incidents like this happen with the same lady, which unfortunately is the manager. My nephew loved it, but we are going to sign him up to another gymnastic place.

terrible costumer service. The front desk lady, who claims to be the manager treated us very badly. Certainly she hates her job. The owner of this business today lost two new costumers because of her. The teacher and helpers, on the other hand were very sweet. Terrible costumer service. Please find her another job because that is the face of your business.

The staff here is inconsistent. Teenage teachers show up 5 mins late to begin gymnastics. Subs are used often, the child can't become "used to" a teacher if the teacher is constantly changing.
They roll their eyes at students and say disparaging remarks when they think the mother cannot hear/see.
My daughter was kicked in the face twice by a tall girl doing gymnastics too close and it was never addressed. They show no regard to if your child is there or not. They never call to check on your child.
Cat's gymnastics seems like it's only there for the competition teams, the rec children are entirely pushed aside.

We looked past the reviews and took a chance with zero regrets. Friendly staff and super fun for my 2 year old. They change the theme for class weekly. The cost for a season of weekly classes is very affordable with good accommodations for making up any missed classes. They also offer many other programs/activities monthly to everyone. I will be recommending my friends and family to this gym!

I recently enrolled my kids and was pleasantly surprised with this program. My 16 month old and 8 year old both loved their classes and instructors. I think that it's awesome they have such variation it accommodate different ages at the same time. The instructors were kind and patient I think they are ideal role models. I didn't want to much pressure or discipline. I wanted my kids to have fun and learn. We tried a class and my kids wouldn't let me leave without signing up for the season.

I will forever grateful with the CATS Gymnastics staff. As a mom of a girl with Autism and non-verbal, I loved how Everybody treats her and guide her in the activities. My baby girl learned so much, and developed skills that she implemented in her daily basis. Thanks to everybody specially Ms FiFi and her first teacher Ms Jodi. Forever in my heart and memories.

My daughter (and son, on occasion for camp) have been going to Cats for years. We will no longer be customers of this business. They have the strangest method of signing up for “sessions”. Sometimes they call you to remind you to sign up, sometimes they don’t. It would be easy to just charge parents a monthly fee and let things be. They don’t care if you have a regular class/coach, they will fill your spot without hesitation. Their summer camp is double the price of regular camp for only 6 hours per day. My daughter was injured at their camp and they wouldn’t allow her to make up the 2 classes she had to miss without paying more money for a “daily rate” (We paid for the week, which offered a discount) All they do is take your money and don’t seem to care about their students’ success. There are much better places to send your kids, which we now attend.

My grand daughter currently attends and is on Team. The head coach Margarita is amazing. Staff and parents are all very nice. The only thing I can say negative is, they need more chairs for the parents to watch. Overall great gym.

This summer I paid for my friend’s daughter 2 week summer camp at Cats Gymnastics since they live outside of the country. A day before their trip, my friend realized their passport was expired and they were not able to travel. The receptionist canalized me with the owner Nicole who retuned in full the amount of those two weeks. The understanding and customer service provided was extraordinary and greatly appreciated.

The owner is very rude not only staff but the parents and children. She should not be around children at all! I would never recommend this place to anyone. Besides it being way over priced you as a parent the one keeping the business open as a matter of fact are treated like your beneath her and she doesn't need your business. I do not know how this business survived through covid. Take your money somewhere else parents your children should not be subjected to her nastiness.

My niece is going there for the summer and she absolutely disappointed because the staff REFUSES to teach her ANYTHING that has to do with gymnastics, when she asked why isn’t she being taught any tumbling or anything gymnastics related they told her “because you’re part of the camp NOT PART OF THE TEAM.” I find this absolutely unacceptable and unfair to give an 11 year old that kind of an answer.

My son 2.7 years olds went for not more then 15min to the “daycare” at cats. After those 15min I receive a call to pick him up because he was crying and they say “he wasn’t ready” I pay in advance 4 days. The owner say I will receive a refund but at the moment I pick him up I didn’t have my card that I pay with so I could go any other time. I went for $75 refund and the owner in a really bad mood and actitud say that it was impossible that she says that and I won’t receive a refund back. Since my nice go to cats at least give those $75 to her account and she say no anyways. This people are scammers, they have the worst actitud and at the end I lose over $150 for less then 15min that my son went. Save you self money and hard time do not go here they are extremely rude.

I think the instructor herself is great. There is a blonde in the front who is extremely rude. My daughter is on the spectrum of Austin, and she’s still very rude and I want to give her the benefit of the doubt. It’s hard when they are that mild on the scale, to notice there is an issue. Sadly, other incidences have led me to believe that she is just not someone who should be working with children . Very business mined, maybe it’d be different if I didn’t pay up front and that wasn’t an issue. I could be over reacting, but after talking to a few other parents they feel the same way. Just uncomfortable to say so since she’s friends with the other (she’ll let you know)lol perhaps others are scared to mention anything. I know they have been around a long time, but never to late to make changes! 😀 I hope they do well!

My daughter has gone to Cats on and off and never had an issue. This time around had an issue with Shelly who is very unprofessional and does not care about the safety of the kids. As an associate who works the front desk she is very immature, unprofessional, and condescending. Speaking to other parents they all feel the same but nothing has been done. I refuse to pay another session where I as a customer do not feel that my business is valued and the safety of my child is not a top priority.

I myself used to go as a child and now my daughter has been enjoying classes. The teachers are nice and I like how I can watch her during classes. But Shelly in the front is very rude and condescending. I am considering putting her elsewhere for that reason alone. Makes it stressful when I have to schedule make up classes or simply ask a question. In my humble opinion, the receptionist is someone who should be warm, inviting, friendly and helpful.
