CC changed the workout game!!!!! I had never tried pilates before training with CC. She was so patient and encouraging and really made me feel like I was capable of doing it. My favorite thing about her workouts were how concise and effective they were. I have a very demanding job and really need to make the most of the small amount of time I have to work out. I always felt like I was maximizing my workout time when training with CC. I would say her workouts are hard enough to be effective without being so hard that you dread going. CC has been a fantastic motivator, coach, trainer, and friend through my first experience with Lagree. As I come from a background of many sports I primarily focus on Rugby rugby is a high contact sport it takes a toll on your body. CC was able to introduce Lagree to me as another form of recovery that is not as taxing on the body but still gives you the workout you need to recover.

I was amazed at how my body responded to CC’s trainings as it was tough, however my body felt laced and recovered after each Lagree session. As we face many priorities in our lives it’s also nice that each session was usually under an hour and are able to quickly get a workout in with the benifits of feeling like an extreme workout.

After having two ACL reconstructions in both of my knees it was great to see an alternate method of working out or training. CC’s coaching with Lagree was able to strengthen the muscles around my knee in order for me to perform not only in the sport that I love but in every day life activities.
