I had a massage done recently with Ann-Marie and it was spectacular. Between the care she puts into her work and the conversations we have had during the massage, I have never felt safer and more care free in any other massage that I have had in the past. I will definitely be coming back.

This is one of those reviews I almost don't want to write, because I don't want this amazing studio to become too popular. : )

I've been to 4 different yoga studios in the area and this is most definitely my favorite one. They offer a wide variety of yoga classes (and other services, but I have yet to use them.)

From the front desk staff, to the instructors and owners Josh & Casey; are all TOP NOTCH. I feel they all truly care about their clientele. I appreciate they try to keep the studio quiet with cell phone use and chatter to a minimum and quiet tones. Also, a word about the other yogis I've met there; all have been respectful and friendly. Sad to say, I don't feel that vibe at other yoga studios. That being said, I plan on making this studio my go-to studio for my yoga practice for a long time !

This yoga studio is top notch. The Hatha yoga with Christine and various yoga sessions with Josh are a 10+ . They are both extremely knowledgeable in their craft and make it easy to follow along. The studio itself is very clean and the yoga room sets the tone for a peaceful yoga environment. Best yoga studio I have been to.

Found Chakra Challenge mesmerizing on my very first visit! The place has a crisp and clean aura. I felt refreshing and energized being in there.

The facility has various specialized rooms individually aligned to various Spiritual activities - Yoga, Healing through hypnosis, for meditation, for Spiritual Coaching as well.

The main room is a beautiful wooden floor with incredible lights that dim and brighten according to the activity and also has full wall mirror.

The entrance has a welcoming staff member to receive you. They have precious stones and crystals with books and other accessories for purchase.
The test tube plants caught my eye and found it very thoughtful to incorporate plants in the facility.

The owner is kind and welcoming.
And most importantly there is plenty of parking right in front.

All in all a must go place in Boynton beach.

I came across Chakra Challenge a month ago and was immediately drawn to it. I don’t believe it was an accident… I was spiritually led here. The studio is beautiful and calming and the owners bring so much love and healing to the space. I have taken 2 Chakra yoga classes with Josh which we’re amazing. I also took a Breathworx group class which was so transformational that I decided to work personally with the teacher, Caron, with reflexology and reiki. She is a true spiritual master.This is a very special yoga studio that I would highly recommend!

I don't usually write reviews unless I feel like a place is exceptional and Chakra Challenge has been nothing short of that. Josh is an amazing instuctor. His kind and gentle spirit really adds something phenomenal to the whole experience. I can't tell you how many times I've have had to fight tears back during a class. It is truly something spiritual. After many years of being on the Quest to find self and the truth of things. I surrendered to Source fully. Started from the bottom, being like a child with a beginner’s mind, left all the labels behind. I was guided to join Chakra Challenge. The very first class I had an overwhelming feeling of safety and I was in the right place. It reminded me of the safety and relief I used to feel in the rooms during the first years of recovery. I find the soothing expression of yoga philosophy during class very comforting, it reminds me of things once known . Every class has felt very purposeful . On days I have already taken a class in person, I take a virtual class when I need just a little more support in a day. I am grateful for every class and the ones I can take at home including mediation. Sat Nam!

The Chakra Balancing treatment I had today was fantastic. I went in feeling
“ drained “ and needing a pick me up. As the music, vibration and lights did their MAGIC, my body opened up and began energizing me. I could feel myself taking deeper breaths and smiling. 😃 What a great experience … I will do again!
I left feeling great to finish my day in a really good space.

Chakra Challenge is an amazing place for all types of healing. I’m not into yoga much but I do enjoy a good massage! The massage I received at Chakra Challenge was the best I’ve gotten in a very long time. The massage therapist really listened to me and my needs. It was so calming and relaxing I never wanted it to end! I absolutely adore this place and their wonderful staff! 10/10 highly recommend 😁

" How do I love Chakra Challenge, let me count the ways". I love the variety of yoga styles offered, I love the warmth of the owners and teachers. I love the personal attention I receive during classes, I love that there are classes for people on all levels, I love the beauty of the physical space and wonderful music. And so much more. I delayed my trip aboard because of what I am receiving from attending yoga classes on almost a daily basis. I feel I am reclaiming my body in a new and wonderful way.

Great Restorative Yoga class (Anuttara Raja Yoga) with Alice. Since stopped going to Bikram Yoga, I tried a few Yoga classes in Boca & Delray but none quite like this. I love the atmosphere in a gently heated room. Sanskrit music is a big plus. Finally found a Yoga class that I can be a regular & in Boynton!

My hypnotherapy session with Elke was life changing. In our time together, she let me on a powerful journey to gain focus and be present, thus eliminating my anxious and negative thoughts. I waited a week to write a review, expecting the effects of this session to wear off, but my mind remains free. I can't recommend Elke's hypnotherapy enough for anyone who is hoping to make a positive change in their life.

I wanted to get back to yoga for a while now but because of the pandemic there where not many studios open near my home in Delray Beach that stood up to my standards of excellence, so the search continued until yesterday while on the bike ride on Hagen Ranch Rd. in Delray/Boynton Beach I saw a word Chakra with color squires on the billboard of Publix Plaza. I decided to check the place out. The Chakra Challenge Yoga studio has everything I was looking for, plus after having a very pleasant conversation with the owners Josh and Casey, I found out that there is a promotion going on right now, until March 21, 2022, where for just $75 you get unlimited access to their yoga studio. For me it was kismet.
I won't go into much detail of what they offer, because you can find that on their beautiful and easy to use website, but I will say that Chakra Challenge studio is fresh and modern healing space. Preserve the 3 treasures Body, Breath, Mind.

I’ve never done Yoga and I was very skeptical, basically and no offense I’m just not the Yoga “zen type”. I do Jiu Jitsu and I’m former military and my body is wrecked and someone told me to try. I have to say it’s been incredible and my body and mobility is much better (literally i can walk to the toilet better in the middle of the night). The classes are fantastic and the teachers are very accommodating to beginners. The owners are very welcoming also. Great place and highly recommended.

They are the BEST! Every review here is true and so much more. It's hard to put into words just how awesome this place is! The owners are wonderful, the instructors are wonderful, the entire space is wonderful. The studio is stunning and the aura it gives off is magic. So groundingl and calming from the moment you step inside. I am so happy they carry so many items to purchase. Having everything under 1 roof is just what I was looking for (crystals, books, yoga items, jewelry, and more). Open 7 days a week and a schedule to accomodate the community to practice is just what was needed around here. I am looking forward to trying the other services they offer (Reiki, hot stone, chakra healing, etc). You won't be dissappointed. This is a gem!!

I just left my first BreathWorkx class at Chakra Challenge and it was everything I needed and more. Caron and Elke compliment each other giving us a lot of attention and guidance. The yoga space and lobby are beautiful and thoughtfully put together. I can’t wait to take this class and try something new within this yoga space. My hypnosis session with Elke was transforming and uplifting. She is skillful in what she does. If you think about meeting with Elke, do it! She offers both online and in person so do whichever works for you. I did online. So convenient and completely engaging to transform limiting paradigms.
