I have been going to Chalk Dirty Crossfit for 7 1/2 months now. I have never worked out at a place so welcoming and instructive. Each coach that is there is there to help you better yourself and push you to your max potential while still working out safely. I could not of asked to join a better facility. I am so glad I was encouraged by a friend to join and put aside my hesitations.

I just stated here a little over a month ago and have had nothing short of a great experience. I was very nervous at first and worried that I wouldn't fit in and that I would feel judged for not being able to keep up with others but, from the first day, Alex made me feel welcomed. Ashley and Alex are great people and took the time to help me learn all the exercises and continue to remind and teach me them from class to class. Everyone at the gym is super friendly and encouraging. All of the couches are super knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. The workouts are challenging, and they don't seem to be getting any less challenging, but I can tell that my body is changing, and I'm able to push myself harder and farther.

I've dropped in couple of times from Columbus Ohio. This is, by far one of the best CF gyms that I've been to while while visiting New Smyrna. I've met both owners and their GF and wife. All were professional, supportive, and provided nice coaching. I've been to other CF boxes in the area which were adequate but CDC was a better fit. Not sure why all the negative reviews (but I did see a possible reason). Made me feel the need to defend and provide a true review of my experience. I'll be in FL later this month and hope there's enough time to drop in again.

Best coaching staff and most friendly people! Can't get a better price anywhere else and the owner's really work on creating a plan that works for you! Already seeing improvement and love going almost every day. I would recommend highly to anyone looking to get in better shape and have a good time while doing it!!

Very rude and unprofessional! Takes money and then blocks you from attending or sign up! Thieves and a scam. The owner (Ashley Pell) is very rude and tries to bully people until they just give up on getting a refund. A very negative and nasty woman and should be ashamed! Lol and don’t delete my review this time bc I’ll just keep leaving more 😂

This is where beasts are molded. If you're looking for a community friendly place to get healthy and swole look no further. The family vibes are out of this world and the encouragement/motivation will take you to another level of mentally and physically strong.
