Cheryl is an awesome personal trainer and human being. I had so much pain in my right leg when I met her. She created a specific workout plan to help me stretch and move! I can say that at this moment, Im pain-free! I owe her my sanity!
Cheryl continues to listen to me. Now...she is helping me with my diet and nutrition concerns. She advises me about what to do... in terms of food. She monitors my workouts and lets me know that she is always available to help me.
Cheryl makes you feel comfortable when you work out with her. She is patient and flexible. She modifies exercises as needed.
I truly enjoy working out with her. Cheryl is a blessing to me.

I have been working with Cheryl for the past three years and plan to keep working with her for the rest of my life. The results are amazing. We meet twice a week for core and strengthening work. Cheryl varies the workouts and knows just when to push me a little harder as to not plateau. I recently took up rowing and due to my strong legs and core, took to the sport relatively easily. She is an amazing coach and a wonderful person.

Great person to work with. She always has your best interests at heart. She customizes the workouts based on how you are doing. Sometimes I'm a little stiff so we stretch more. I'm 80 so it's important that she takes my wellness into consideration. She has helped me immensely over the last two years. I've gained balance, haver more stamina; lost weight. Like I said she is GREAT!!!!!
