This has got to be the best gym in Fort Lauderdale. It is always clean, amenities are great, and there is a wide variety of machines/space. Ownership will take care of you as well! After training across numerous gyms around the country this has to be my favorite

Great gym. I’ve never had to wait for a piece of equipment, and they have some pretty impressive functional fitness and jungle gym setup with a bunch of sport specific equipment that I haven’t really seen it other places. Smart looking locker rooms.

Great gym and great people. I’ve been to virtually every gym in Fort Lauderdale and this is the best one. What stands out is the variety of progressive equipment, the space (it’s impossible to feel crowded here), the cleanliness, and a staff that really cares. They are passionate but not in your face about it.

Love Club 110 Gym!! As the saying goes, Always Clean and Never Crowded is 100% accurate! There is never a wait to use a machine and there is ample room to train using free weights and kettlebells. There really is something for everyone at this gym. The bathrooms are immaculate and carry convenient amenities like blow dryers, etc. Bill the owner is so nice and knowledgeable and offers personal training services along with Matt. Both Bill and Matt are professional and amazing at what they do. I can’t recommend Club 110 enough, especially if you live or work in the downtown Fort Lauderdale area!

This is, without a doubt, the the best gym in the area. Clean as a whistle and never crowded, and has every single piece of equipment you need and some you didn’t know you need. Bill is extremely welcoming and accommodating. My new home gym 💪

Club 110 is an amazing gym with more than enough equipment to fit any exercise program or lifestlye. The owner, Bill, is very responsive, personal, and keeps the gym spotless and in tip-top shape. If I didn't have to relocate, I would still be a member of Club 110. I highly recommend this gym.

It is rare to stumble across a gem like this one. The gym is very organized and super clean! There are cleaning supplies/station to wipe down equipment before and after use. I have never seen a women’s bathroom/shower so clean! Anytime I step in its spotless. There is a huge selection of equipment and covers all areas of fitness and muscle groups, some cool electronic equipment too. Finally found a gym where I don’t need to fight for equipment or change my workout. Bill also takes safety seriously and as a member I appreciate that and try my best following them. The gym also makes sure that they only staff the gym with certified, INSURED and experienced trainers/staff. This ensures that all members remain safe and don’t receive misguided information, which can lead to injury. ALSO being a woman, it’s nice to feel comfortable and being hyped up by your accomplishments. Definitely would recommend this amazing establishment.

PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS GYM !!!! As a qualified trainer, I tried to help the owner of this center to get more clients and even help him to record a commercial for which I was not paid. After this I brought my husband (American citizen) to make a membership and join the facility so then he could train, after a week we asked the owner to cancel my husband's membership since he could not go for work hours and the owner tells us that he can’t do any cancelations and returns (lie) and we should call to “ABC services” (the company that manages the membership charges) which told us that it is the gym itself that cancels and can manage the refunds. Well, after kindly asking him again to give us a refund of the money since my husband has not used the gym and that I thought it was very unfair the fact of not collaborate when I had helped him completely for free .... well…..He THREATENS me by sending an audio saying that he is going to open a file against me to affect my residency process since I have sent him a message saying that I was going to publish a review. the first thing to say is that I am married to an American citizen and that I have every right to publish a review or two or 500 if I feel like it. It seems degrading to me that he uses my immigrant status to defend himself when I have not disrespected him, and I have only exercised my right to OPINION and to publish my experience, which is totally LEGAL. Let people find out what kind of management this establishment has behind, apart from the fact that it has almost no customers, very expensive membership prices and to top it off it is awfully hot inside. also the water from the source is hotter than my coffee maker. I recommend you do not go to this place if later you do not want to have problems canceling your memberships since you may be threatened by the owner. There are many better options in the area, with much better treatment, better hours (since it closes at 7 in the afternoon) and where above all and I repeat you can have the peace of mind of being able to cancel your subscriptions without being threatened.

Club 110 is a great facility. I've been to almost every other gym in the city, and this one by far has the best mix of equipment. They have most of the ROGUE equipment pieces and racks, a good variety of free weights, an artificial turf area, different types of TRX type bands, a VERY wide variety of different cardio machines, boxing/punching bag set ups, conventional gym machines, and more core and mobility equipment than you could ever dream of! They have tons of non-conventional equipment and functional training stuff, which I love. The gym is always spotlessly clean, including the bathrooms and showers. The owner is usually at the facility and does personal training. I guarantee you've never done workouts like what he puts you through! He monitors your heart rate and customizes workouts to your fitness goals, and you'll use equipment that you've never seen before. Even through a few sessions you'll learn a ton of new workout methods and tips. The personal training experience with Bill is absolutely one of a kind. I'd definitely suggest checking it out if you live nearby.

You will not find a better gym or trainer in Fort Lauderdale. Club 110 is super clean on the ground floor of the 110 Tower on SE 6th Street. My husband and I walk over in the morning from our home in Rio Vista and train will Bill Kyser. It is the best way to start your day! We have worked out together since the day we first met and Club 110 hands down is the best. No waiting for equipment in this state of the art facility. Bill also offers custom wellness programs and corporate team building training. Once you come to Club 110, you will never want to go to another gym again. No contract memberships and discounts for military, firefighters, nurses and the legal community. It's fun to work-out at Club 110 Gym. Bill is a true patriot and excellent trainer.

State of the art gym. So many one of a kind machines allow me to make my work-out unique and different each day...so I never get bored! I love all the Dynamic ReAx machines. These kinetic machines really, really challenge me. I get to strengthen and work all my muscles-- in a fraction of the time it takes to train on standard equipment at regular gyms. This executive wellness gym is a level above! Machines, cleanliness, showers, staff, parking and accessibility... top notch! My fitness level has improved and health is far better. Thank you! This is the place for me!!!

BEST GYM! I've been coming here since day 1 of opening. It is convenient for me because I work very close to here but my commute home is a good hour, so i stay and workout to beat the rush hour traffic. It is month to month terms and affordable! The gym has showers, lockers, every piece of equipment you can imagine and more! Its not your typical gym. The Owner Bill is so nice and is there everyday greeting his clients and showing us new ways of doing things. I have been working out for years and I much prefer this gym over any of the other ones I have gone to. I highly recommend CLUB 110!!!! Try it out :)

All of the cardio machines are new. They have screens on them that are linked to Hulu and Netflix to watch what we you want. You just log in to your account. They will also be linked to Comcast. Key for those that want to just watch a show and forget they are working out.

Jim (the owner of the facility) has created a great workout system with his TAG fitness. I was a college football player, and I have consistently worked out for the past 25 years, and I can say that this is a good workout. By doing the TAG class 3 times a week for about 45 minutes each class, I can stay in good shape. The best part is that I get a good workout and I am not worried about an injury because nothing that you do puts you a risk for tearing muscles, ligaments or blowing out your back. It’s low impact but builds strength and is great cardio. The gym as a whole is nice and has everything you need for lifting weights or spinning. I like the place because the people who work there are cool and normally there are only a few other people using the weight-room at one time. I have been there on weekends when there was only one other person working out. I hate crowded gyms, so that is a big plus for me.

Perfectly located in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale with free attached covered parking. Remarkably clean facilities with friendly and knowledgeable staff hosting a Diverse and happy clientele.

Try the top of the line equipment as well as the very innovative and effective TAG workout! Spinning bikes are new and there are plenty to ride. Convenient hours and great rates.

Not a better fitness facility in the city.

I like 110 Fitness since it is not corporate and impersonal like LA Fitness or Pivotal. The best trainer is Carrie and her classes are the best. The other class that is worth a try is Elaine's Matt Pilates. That class is very good for core and Elaine is a joy like Carrie. The gym has everything you need and is not super busy so you never feel rushed.

Most of the equipment is broken and billing is a nightmare. I had to quit because of a change of location. Don't believe the desk clerk when she says "don't worry, I got you, I don't need it in writing." They will continue to charge you and you won't be able to reach anyone when you call or email. Not worth the hassle.

I've been a member since they opened the downstairs location. It's a good gym but I do have a few issues. People don't re-rack their weights, it's annoying. Lot's people doing beach muscle workouts with out regard for proper gym etiquette but that's not really the gyms fault. I think they need more plate weights, 10 lb plates are especially hard to come by. They could also leave an Allen wrench near the dumbbells so they can be regularly tightened. Some heavier medicine balls would be appreciated, as would a few decent jump ropes.

There are several positives though. They have very heavy DB's, up to at least 120 lbs, if not more, which is becoming rare at gyms. There is also an open area for plyo stuff which is nice. The heavy sandbags and 30in wooden box are a good addition too. Overall, I'm satisfied with the gym, the employees are friendly and I'm able to get my workout in with little downtime.

Very convenient for those that work or live downtown. It has enough equipment to where there is hardly a wait to use a particular machine, squat rack, bench, or free weights. The various staff that now work there are extremely friendly and helpful, and the people that train with them are enjoying the workouts. The gym also has enough space to do some power lifting. The locker rooms/showers are clean, which is a stark contrast to how they were on the 7th floor.

The few negatives are that some of the dumbells need to be repaired or replaced, some of the benches need to be tightened, and the temperature could be a little cooler, especially in the locker rooms, and the lack of bumper plates. However, this isn't a gym for power lifting, and the majority of the clients are not into that.

Personally, I would change the massage area into a workout space with some cages, rings, pull up bars, and other things to do some Crossfit-type exercises.

Overall, it's a very nice place to get in good workout, and it provides enough options to workout as hard or easy as you desire.

First let me say that I would like 110 Fitness to succeed and that it has good potential. But, they really need to get their act together if they want to keep me as a member.

The problem is typical of so many businesses today. The ownership is not there running the show. The manager (if he's there) hides in the back office and makes no contact with his customers. If he actually managed the place, he wouldnt need to turn to Google to get feedback, he would know what is right and what is wrong.

The second problem I see there is that they must either be strapped for cash or are taking too much money out of the business because things take a long time to be fixed and they have the AC set at 74 or 75 degrees most of the time which is just two warm for a gym. They also try to do things themselves rather than hiring a professional. The end result is that things are often half done or completed in an unprofessional way.

My final comment is that it appears they are going to be including massage or physical therapy at the gym in a corner that has been set up wth some used office partitians. If the gym was being properly managed and things were being well cared for I would say yea, go ahead and add services. But in the case of 110 Fitness, they are not even addressing the very basic things that make a gym a good place to work out. Why dont you guys get the basics fixed before moving on to something else that is not your core business?

Here is a list of things I think you should do:

Establish a realistic identity for the gym and build your brand around that.
Have ownership present in gym during the busy times and interact with members
Establish, post and enforce rules for proper edicate in the gym.
Have staff educated on rules and edicate in the gym
Get Additional fee weight plates
replace damaged pads and handgrips on machines (quickly)
Fix out of service treadmills etc. (quickly)
Fix music system and instruct desk staff to play energizing music.
Fix water fountains and other basic services (quickly).
Remove paint cans that have been sitting in the corner for months
Set temp to 72 degrees or lower
Get more laundry bins so members dont have to wander around to find one.

As I said a the begining, I would like 110 fitness to succeed. That is why I am taking the time to give this feedback. You guys have a lot of things going for you: location, decent equipment, nice size space, nice people etc. With a concentrated effort, you could have a really great gym but you need to get back to the basics and start giving the members what they thought they were getting when the signed up.

Awful gym. do not be fooled by the people who say it is good, they have no idea what they are talking about and have probably never been in a nice gym. the only reason i worked out there is because i interned very close to it during this summer. where to begin. the machines are all very old, the benches feel too narrow or unstable when lifting, theres maybe two collars (not pair, just 2) in the whole gym so you dont use them on anything, theres maybe 4 ten pound plates in the whole place, maybe 10% of the dumbells have labels, otherwise youre just guessing and hoping you grabbed the right weight. ive been a member of a youfit and i thought that was bad, but in retrospect this place made youfit look like a world class olympic training facility. it was enough to get some basic workouts done, but barely and for 50$ a month plus 150$ start up(which i talked my way out of) it is a total rip off.

I think 110 Fitness is a great place! It is not super busy so you can get your workout done. Valentina is a great program director and has set up excellent classes. I love Marques' 6:30 AM boot camps and anything Carrie or Valentina teach. The manager Neil is always friendly as is the front desk person and nutritionist Melissa- Lucy. I have met many very nice members of 110 Fitness and hope they continue to do well since they are an EXCELLENT alternative to busy gyms like LA Fitness.

I tried the gym trial because I work in the 110 Tower. I think one of two things needs to happen with this place. Either they update all of their equipment and keep their prices as high as they are or keep the equipment they have and lower their prices to match it. I actually prefer the equipment they have, a good selection hammer strength, resistance machines and free weights. Unlike a youfit where everything is branded this is definitely a mix of equipment accumulated over time. They don't necessarily have all of the dumbells for a collection or a ton of plates but considering the amount of traffic its not really an issue. Gyms are all about value and to me the value isn't there. However, had they worked on the price a little bit with me I would have been a long time customer, but that didn't seem to concern them despite their lack of clients.

Well, after the long awaited opening of 110 Fitness on the First Floor, it is hardly the "state of the art" gym that it claims to be. While 110 was on the 7th Floor, the owner promised that the once it relocated to the 1st floor, they would have ALL brand new machines. They do not have ONE new machine. Even the mats that we use for Gym classes are old, and dirty - I mean come-on, not even a new mat? Also, the treadmills have bit the dust. No pool, steam room, or water cooler....only a water fountain that spews luke warm water. If you dont work in the 110 tower, dont waste your money(and I heard he actually raised the price for new members), go somewhere that doesn't claim to be "state of the art", and just is. The ONLY reason I am a member is because the location saves me time, because I work in the tower. As the owner boasted when he first took over management, that he has several Gyms in California, and like many things over there, this location is all Glitz and Glamour with no substance.
