This was my first experience at a Pilates studio and it has been a great experience. I started 3 months ago and it was the best choice I made. I began with an Intro class, a few private lessons, and then moved on to 1.0 class, and am now attending 1.0 and 1.5 classes 4 times per week. The website is very easy to navigate and book your classes, the instructors are ALL very good. I have not had one instructor I didn't like - shout outs to Briley, Diana, Charlie, Makenna, Leslie, Lauren, Kelly Ann, and Cora - and a big shout out to the owner/manager, Lauren, who runs the place very efficiently. The studio is clean, the classes are on time and most importantly, the instructors do not make you feel uncomfortable, uncoordinated or unbalanced - they are always there to help. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend.

This place has potential to be great but is poorly run.
If you sign up for a waitlist class they STILL charge you & there are always 5+ people on the waitlist for WEEKS in advance.
I emailed them and explained I’m only here for the season and could I have a refund for the class and they didn’t even respond. I tried and tried to get into a class over a six week period and had zero luck.
Avoid at all costs unless you want to lose your money and have zero response from the team!

I really love these classes. I would give 5 stars but for the fact that I can’t get in classes because I am either waitlisted and not able to get in or classes are closed before you can sign up. The other drawback is that you pay for the credits and I was not told that if you don’t use them in the month you buy them, you lose them. That’s a lot of money to lose, especially when you can’t get into a class. I even tried to book out the 15 classes permitted, and, I wasn’t very successful in booking classes.
Other than this, I love coming here.

It’s the worst club Pilates in all of palm beach Martin and st Lucie county. No 2.5 classes. They cut level 2 classes first. Level 2 here isn’t even challenging you don’t even stand up half the time. The ceilings have mold spots, they hardly ever remember to dim the lights, their sock selection is the weakest I’ve seen. They let student instructors teach portions of level 2 classes. Multiple pieces of equipment in the studio are broken and have been for months. I wouldn’t care about anything if I could at least get a decent workout in but you won’t stay in shape if you only take classes here.

can't even book into a class before 1pm, you'll be 5th on the Waitlist even 3 weeks out. glad I didn't get the membership. they overbook all classes and you just have to hope you can be squeezed in one day

So thankful for the great instructors at Club Pilates! They're fantastic at noticing when I'm struggling and offering modifications. LOL, but, some of my struggles are bizarre....like straightening/extending my leg during side lying work on the box makes me hyper extend and hurt my back. So, I talked to one of the instructors (Leslie R - one of my favorites!!!) and she offered several great suggestions. She's so awesome!! :)

I stumbled upon this Pilates studio having never tried it before, and I've been hooked ever since. The welcoming atmosphere along with top-notch cleanliness and quality equipment immediately impressed me. The staff and instructors are incredibly friendly, inviting, and knowledgeable. They not only guide you through each session but also take the time to answer any questions I have afterward, which has been invaluable in my Pilates journey.

What keeps me coming back is the variety in each workout; no two classes are the same, which keeps things interesting and challenges my body in new ways each time. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and my body feels fantastic! Whether you're new to Pilates or a seasoned practitioner, this studio offers an exceptional experience that's hard to beat!

I’ve had a great experience at this Club Pilates! I have taken classes in Colorado and Connecticut, and now that I’m in Florida I’ve been taking classes here for a few weeks. I especially love Kelsey and Makenna’s classes, they are challenging, at a great pace, and they are friendly and funny instructors.

Very UNPROFESSIONAL organization.
Joined last year. Needed to quit classes after 3rd class because of wrist injury caused by bad instructor. Lost my $269.
Now a year later, they again charged my credit card $269 for membership renewal, despite their knowing I was injured & have not attended any classes for over a year!!!!
Now I am being harassed with daily phone calls, text messages & emails demanding payment!!!!!
AVOID this sham company.

There's alwsys a 2 week wait. While I was in the hospital ICU THEY wouldn't let me freeze my account and kept up the billing of 199.00 a month. 10$- 15$ fee for not cancelling within 12 hour window is unfair. A lot can happen in 12 hours, not all of us live on Jupiter Island.

Ridiculous. I will not try out the studio. Amanda and staff will not disclose prices for studio over the phone. They want to sucker you in first instead of being helpful to a prospective client who wants to know if it's affordable or not.

When I tried to transfer/cancel my annual unlimited plan due to an unforeseen move, the studio owner converted my unlimited annual rate to a single-class rate so that I would be charged $25/class for each and every class I attended, totaling nearly $1,000 for only 2.5 months of use! This was not defined anywhere in the signed agreement.

I even offered to pay an extra 1.5 months at the full monthly unlimited rate ($199) to meet the studio owner in the middle and I was met with complete disregard. Then, I asked for the contact information for corporate headquarters, and she declined to give me those details.

After weeks of dealing with this stress and losing hundreds of dollars, I felt it was time to post my experience to try and warn future Club Pilates attendees.
