I just want to take a moment to recognize Yessenia, because she is truly one of a kind. From the very first session, she made me feel supported, motivated, and capable of reaching goals I didn’t even think were possible.

She doesn’t just train you, she teaches you. She gave me so much advice about my workouts, form, routines, and even my overall health. Every time I talk to her, I learn something new that helps me feel stronger and more confident. Her knowledge is incredible, but what truly makes her special is her heart. She genuinely cares, listens, and tailors everything to what you need.

Enjoying Club Studio so far. My other gym (Equinox) is always jam-packed at peak hours like ~5pm and CS is much more palatable at those times.

Haneen signed me up when I started a few weeks ago and she was very knowledgeable and is a welcoming presence when coming in for a workout. The membership is no commitment, you just pay for the first and second month and then pay month-to-month, thereafter.

The equipment is clean and there is a great variety of machines to use. The location is great for me given I live in walking distance and it’s a great place to meet other people in the downtown/Miami World Center community.

Constructive feedback would be to offer smaller towels for use in the weight room, greater access to equipment wipes and potentially look into a new playlist…

I’m new to Club Studio and already obsessed. I definitely feel like I’m getting my moneys worth with the studio classes, state of the art equipment, and spa like feel. Great airflow with the Big Ass Fans, and it smells brand new. There’s no way I won’t reach my fitness goals if I keep going consistently. Also, Elan’s rebound class is one of a kind and the BOMB!

Absolutely the best gym in Miami! This place is on another level — it feels more like a boutique gym than a regular fitness center. The equipment is state-of-the-art, there are endless machines, and the classes are truly amazing. Training at Club Studio is the best experience you will have at a gym in Miami. The facility is super clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the recovery area is excellent. I cannot recommend this studio enough. If you like workout classes or if you prefer weight lifting, this place has both, as well as a very complete recovery area with red light therapy, water massage chairs, etc. The sauna in the changing room is spacious and clean, and the changing rooms are great too! I absolutely love working out at this gym and I cannot recommend it enough. If you have any doubts about where to workout in Miami, go to this studio and you will not regret it!!!

Club Studio finally opened in the Miami Worldcenter and exceeded all expectations! I was an Equinox member for 15+ years but Club Studio offers Reform (reformer Pilates), Yoga Sculpt and Flow, a HIT style class, spinning, hot Pilates (there’s an infrared room), boxing and more. Equipment is TechnoGym which is fab and the space is squeaky clean. There’s also a Recovery area to chill, literally, with cryotherapy and massage chairs, red light and compression boots (Normatecs). Staff are super friendly and in particular Torben gave me the tour and signed me up - would definitely recommend. Plus I did my first coaching session with Yessenia and she was amazing. Knowledgeable, thorough, a good listener and hyper focused on the goals I want to achieve yet also understanding and fun. Would also recommend. Overall 10/10 so far! My only criticism is I wish they had a pool. They also have locations in CA, NY (coming later this year/early next) and other cities.

I have called now trying to cancel my membership for three weeks. I keep on getting told that I need to talk to the manager and she will call me back. This has never been done once. These guys will lock you in and refuse to let you go and make it impossible to cancel or change your membership

Great Gym, have Nailyn as a trainer, she is excellent makes one work the different parts of the body combined some days more upper and other days lowers.
I have seen a different on my body developing more muscles and in 2 weeks already lost 5 ponds.

I cancelled my membership during my 3 day trial period, as was promised to us when I signed MONTHS before the gym ever opened. Now when I received my cancellation email it stated that it would only be cancelled the following month and they still charged me. Even though I cancelled during my 3 day trial period. Avoid this gym at all costs. They first lied during presale, telling us new members we’d have three days to try the gym. Then they lied again…. telling me my membership was canceled, without disclosing they were actually making the cancellation effective November 30th to avoid issuing the refund I’m owed.

I tried the gym and canceled my membership because it’s poorly designed for anyone serious about weightlifting: the layout is inefficient, there aren’t enough key machines, and while the benches may look nice, the equipment itself doesn’t come close to the quality at Powerhouse and other facilities.

And it’s not just me. The manager, Nia, pulled the exact same tactic with two of my friends, who had to keep calling her back just to get the cancellation honored. This place is deceptive, poorly run, and not worth your time.

I love the gym, so far it’s been very clean and staff have been extremely helpful and kind. I am more of a morning person, the gym is less crowded during the day and there’s more free equipment to use. I went during the night and it was crowded filled with influencers. Recommend going to the early classes and having the gym to yourself. Equipment is brand new and 10/10.
I have two complaints, there’s not enough classes (It is Only the second week so I am guessing they are still trying to find new instructors, or see what works.) I have taken two classes, reformer and CS4. The reformer class was extremely easy and boring. I almost fell asleep. I won’t say the instructors name to be kind, but I wish there was more challenging and more engaging.
The CS4 Was also very boring, and I don’t want to say all over the place, but a lot of people looked confused. Also, another annoying thing is that they never tell what muscle group you’re going to be targeting that day. I have never been to a gym where they don’t tell you before hand what you’re going to be doing, I find it quite ridiculous as I literally did upper body before and I had to redo it during that class.
My other complain is THE PARKING. 2 HOURS IS NOT ENOUGH FOR THE GYM!!! ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU HAVE SHOWERS AND A RECOVERY ROOM (that is very pricey.) Let’s say you do a class (already 1 hour gone) and then you decide you want to use the massage bed, sauna, and shower. You’ve already hit the two hour mark and have to pay for parking. Not to mention the other day they had an event parking at $50 for a concert, my friend stayed over 2 hours and they had charged her 50 dollars and won’t refund her! It’s ridiculous, I hope they are able to bring up the time to at least 3 hours.
I trust that the gym will get better with time, as I am understanding that they just opened. I only hope that they do not cater to the influencers and make sure they build a strong community and listen to what the people need.

I am optimistic about this new gym but am knocking off two stars for a couple of issues:

(1) It’s a brand new gym and should be pristine but the floor is covered in HAIR. The ladies bathroom, the stretching area, the weights and machines area, long loose hairs everywhere on the first week of opening. VACUUM!! Often!!

(2) Apparently it’s CS4 policy to not tell you what the workout focus is going to be until you arrive at class. This is the most unserious policy in terms of actual fitness and progress. Literally every HIIT place in town tells you if you’re doing upper/lower/full/cardio - F45, Sweat440, Orangetheory, EVERYONE. “Haha I guess you just have to show up every day!” Was the front desk answer. No, I have a life and do my own workouts in the rest of the gym and don’t want to do arms 3 times in a row because the CS4 class is a … fun surprise??! This is the kind of top level corporate bad decision that leads to injury. I saw on Reddit at another club studio people just turn around and leave when they see what the WOTD is. Cool, thanks for wasting everyone’s time!

Amazing new gym in the heart of Downtown Miami! The open gym is HUGE plus they have a variety of classes! CS4 is my favorite! They also have Pilates, Yoga, Boxing & much more. Club studio Miami is the best gym I've ever seen! The cs4 class was just amazing! Way better than my old gym Equinox! I plan on going to this gym everyday! I signed up for Club Studio during the pre-sale a month before they opened. I was lucky to get a tour and the rundown from Catalina who answered all my questions and continued to update me on the gym progress without me even asking! She recognized me and knew me by name once I was finally there for my workout which felt beyond welcoming!

The facility itself is beautiful and well equipped with amazing machines, plenty of benches and free weights. I've only taken one class so far, it was pretty full but still very orgniazed. I also really love the towel service and the sauna!

Overall, nice gym just a couple minor complaints. They have a punching bag room, but you are not allowed to use it unless there’s a class going on so it pretty much sits empty for 90% of the day which is kind of a waste. Would be nice if we could just go hit the punching bags by yourself. First time I’ve ever been to that does not allow you to do that. WiFi makes you agree to terms and conditions every time you connect. Would also be nice if the locker room had some spray deodorant and hair gel. Low cost item for them, but very useful amenity.

This is by far the best gym I have ever been to! Ive had a membership at Powerhouse, Boxr and have visited equinox several times. Club Studio hasn’t even been open a week and the Vibe and people are AMAZING!

The 5+ types of classes are boutique level. You would pay $150 a month just for a similar Pilates membership somewhere. Everything is 1st class, brand new and clean. I’ve never seen a gym have a recovery/cryo area that is so vast and utilized like this. The gym layout is fantastic. Finally a gym that has enough adjustable benches next to the dumbbells 💯. All the equipment is the highest level money can buy.

Improvement recommendations:
- An additional leg extension machine
- Standing calf machine
- Back extension machine
- Mostly importantly a Rogue, echo bike or two!

Rebecca H is an amazing instructor! She has such great energy and I really enjoyed her CS4 class.

I regret ever trusting Club Studio with my money. I paid a deposit back in July with the promise that the gym would open in August. That date came and went — and just like everyone else, I was fed the same empty line over and over again: “It’ll open at the end of the month.” Months later, the doors are still closed, there’s no transparency, and no accountability.

This isn’t just about delays — it’s about the blatant dishonesty and lack of respect for customers. Taking people’s money while endlessly pushing back the opening date without real updates is unacceptable. They will blatantly ignore you after you pay them. Every interaction feels like being strung along, with no regard for the time, trust, or financial commitment of the members who already signed up.

If you value honesty, respect, and your hard-earned money, stay far away from this company. Do not sign up until you see actual proof that the gym is open and operating. Learn from my mistake — don’t let them take advantage of you too. These are simply not good people. If I can save one lucky soul I’ve done my job.how can I give half a star.

I signed up for a membership in June and was told the gym would open on June 21st. However, as of the end of September, it still hasn’t opened. Like many others, I canceled my previous gym membership to join Club Studio, expecting to be able to train there, but instead I’ve had to make alternate arrangements while the gym remains closed.

What’s particularly frustrating is the lack of communication. We only learn about delays by reaching out ourselves — the gym does not proactively provide updates or take accountability. Selling memberships aggressively while failing to deliver a usable facility feels unprofessional and inconsiderate to your clients.

It is very off-putting and concerning how this is going to be with them treating there clients when they do actually open up!

I am a new member at club studio in Miami at the Paramount world center. I decided to go in today to have a look see upon my arrival I was greeted by a very pleasant young lady named Haneen . I created a company called Spa lady in the late 70s early 80s in Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, and New Jersey, I was given the most amazing tour of this facility. Haneen was not only extremely pleasant and professional, but incredibly informative and knowledgeable about every inch and detail of what not the only your company has to offer but what the facility has to offer. Of course during the tour I was thinking wow ! I needed to have 200 of Haneen's when I had my clubs. I have no doubt that you guys are fully aware of the importance of havin Haneen not only as part of staff, but and an intricate part of this company. She is absolutely 100% an asset to you guys. Knowing this business, as well as I do, this is someone you do not want to be sure to take care of as it's obvious she is reciprocating. She appears to be extremely innovative, but willing to learn and 100% a team player. I could not have been more impressed. I am a straight shooter.!! I do not patronize anyone . I am a new member at Club Studio at the Paramount World Center, Miami. I went in today to have a look see of the new location. I'm at a wonderful, extremely pleasant young lady Who greeted me at the door with an amazing smile named Haneen. I created a company in the late 70s early 80s called spa Lady women's health clubs. In Maryland, Washington DC , Virginia and New Jersey. Haneen offered a tour of the facility ( it's amazing by the way ) The entire time I was on this tour I was thinking to myself when I had my clubs I needed it 200 Haneen's . The tour was incredible. Extremely informative, knowledgeable, and pleasant . It really put me into the mindset to want to tell everyone to come to this facility join as well as Haneen. Being a former owner of 50 women's health clubs, I am sure I have hopes that you are aware of how valuable Haneen is not only to your company, but to thr success are running the operations.. It truly made my day and I couldn't be more excited for the grand opening. Let's Goooo 💪🏽.

I just had a tour with Haneen at the new location in Miami Worldcenter and I can honestly say I was blown away! The place is absolutely amazing!!! I’ve never seen a gym/spa anywhere close to this nice with so many first class options. Haneen also did an incredible job showcasing the club. I cannot wait for the opening, which looks to be any day now. 🙏

Feedback regarding my experience at the gym. I would like to share my recent experience when I visited your gym to inquire about a membership.
When arrived there was a lady named Lorena at the front desk spewing a coworker. I approached her to ask about memenship options. She did not even get up to assist me.
When I ask what was included in the memenship her response was "it a gym what do you mean" her attitude made me feel unwelcome,as if I didn't belong there.then she ask me if I could afford it, which I found to be extremely unprofessional and offensive.
At that point I decided to leave and t when to equinox and signed up for memenship for me and my family. Lorena should be more professional and respectful when dealing with potential customer.with that kind of customer service , she is not going to get very far. I plan to report this experience to corporate as well.

We enrolled at the end of June based on the gym’s promise to open in early August. It’s now mid-September, and the facility is still not operational.

First, we were told the opening would be July 25th. Then it shifted to “the first week of August.” Now, all they offer is a private tour and yet another vague promise that maybe the grand opening will happen in three weeks.

This constant back-and-forth feels dishonest and unprofessional. They have not been transparent, they’ve wasted our time, and worst of all, we canceled memberships at another gym to prioritize this one — leaving us without a reliable place to train.

If this is how the business is being run before even opening its doors, it raises serious concerns about how they will handle members once they finally do.

Scam- all the sales reps at the preview center are liars, that lie to your face without hesitation. We paid over $1k to join this gym in July 2025 as were told by Lorena that the opening date was July 27, 2025. Fast forward to today, still not open, no city permit approval, and opening in “1-2 weeks”, thats the answer they give every time you ask- many many “1-2 weeks” have come and gone. VERY VERY VERRRYY BAD FIRST IMPRESSION OF THIS COMPANY WITH THEIR BLATANT DECEITFULNESS AND LACK OF TRANSPARENCY. 10000% regret falling for this scam and will be reaching out to corporate and the BBB to file a complaint. STOP LYING TO PEOPLE.

Awful communication. Not even just here in Miami. Go check out their Instagram and every post is people commenting, asking for information of when the gym in their city is going to open. They are notorious for selling memberships and telling people it’s gonna open up “next week”

I walked by the gym at the beginning of July and the lady told me that they were set to open in two weeks. I walked further down to get a little sneak peek through the window and a worker came out, and I asked him if they were really gonna open up in two weeks… he laughed out loud. “That’s what they told you?! This place won’t be ready for a while”

Why lie to clients if the very own contractor knows it won’t be open for a while. Do better

I recently had the pleasure of getting a wonderful presentation from Haneen about Club Studio, and I was truly impressed! Even though the gym hasn’t opened yet, I’ve walked by and peeked through the windows—and it looks absolutely beautiful inside. You can tell a lot of thought and care went into creating the space. I’m so excited for the grand opening and can’t wait to try all the amazing classes they’ll be offering!
