I enjoy going to the fitness center. My only complaint is that although they provide cleaning supplies throughout the facility and signs posted, not many people wipe down their machine once finished. Nothing worse than touching someone else’s sweat. 😡

All I can say is my experience with this gym was less than positive. First, the building is in disrepair with cracks in the walls, plumbing issues that cause a foul odor, and a mold smell that competes with the aforementioned sewage smell, a parking lot riddled with potholes deep enough to cause damage to your vehicle. Secondly, the gym facilities, such as the showers and exercise equipment, are usually broken, and the equipment that isn't out of order is usually occupied by some loudmouth who would rather talk than exercise. Also, the gym charges an annual "maintenance" fee that obviously doesn't go toward maintaining anything. My advice to anyone reading this is to stay away from this gym.

Clean, convenient location, good price with different options for visits. Friendly patient front desk. It’s a small local gym with classes, a spa, some old and new equipment that does the job. Sauna in the ladies room, some “free clothes”-lockers need repair. Worked out around rush hour and not too busy and no wait for machines. Parking for cars and bikes out front.

We travel to Cocoa Beach as often as we can because of our lovely family. CBHF, has several ways to purchase passes. My wife loves the many classes available. I like the free weights and machines. I attended a Zumba class here while vacationing. I love that they had drop in rates, and overheard them giving their annual rates to someone else and was shocked at how inexpensive a membership was…..less than the Y back in Ohio. That being said, you get what you pay for. The gym was very dark, dated and a little grimy. I really enjoyed the class. The instructor was high energy, easy to follow and the students made it super fun…they were a loud group hooting and hollering through class and that made this class alone a 5 ⭐️ rating!

Cocoa beach health and fitness is gym like no other…the most welcoming and happy gym I’ve ever been to. I’ve been here three years now and I’ve had time to get a true feel for the atmosphere. This is not your corporate owned flashy overhyped chain store in a random storefront. Calls get answered by a real person and when you have to leave a message, you will get a call or text back. The gym owner, Jim is there every day working, fixing things and thoroughly enjoys connecting with members and guests. Most of the staff have been there for years and are always completing continuing education to stay up on the newest health information in their field. The members are so nice and the staff is genuine and helpful. This two story very clean gym is right across the street from the beach and has a LOT of space. The entire bottom floor is dedicated to free weights, tons of cardio equipment and open areas for personal workouts or stretching. Several incredible Top notch personnel trainers that really know their business & care about their clients. Bathrooms are located both downstairs and upstairs. Upstairs has a large roomy group fitness room with lots of great classes, the ac is cool nice and even lots of fans overhead, a ballet bar and fun instructors. There’s a dedicated spin class room, more cardio equipment, a karate area with heavy boxing bags and gloves for everyone’s use. Full locker rooms with lockers, showers and dry saunas in both the men’s & women’s. Also, theres a full service spa upstairs! Including Several highly recommended massage therapists. You can have facials and other services with a full line of skin care services available from very knowledgeable skin care professionals. So many membership options from easy 1-day passes to annual memberships. Just come for one day and check it out. You’ll want to join. We are so lucky to have this place.

This gym is the best! Clean, people are friendly and just a comfortable feeling place! First off, I’ve never really had an exercise routine in my life!! Now, in my “older” age, I really need to move in order to avoid stiffness in my aging joints! So, I joined a few months ago, I tried many of the classes and FINALLY found my favorite routine!!! Drums Alive with Sue!! It’s addicting, I can’t miss! Sue is one of the best, it’s fun and great music, her routine is like no other!!! I have checked you tube drums alive and nothing like it!! You can move as fast or as slow as you need! So for those that want to exercise try this class! I have tons of energy, and notice a drastic difference in my waist and great feeling all around!

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the warm greeting we received from Paula at the front desk. She was very informative and clearly explained the ins and outs of the center. This is more of a family run, local gym so no corporate upsell pressure from staff. Both my wife and signed up and will be utilizing the facility weekly. While the gym is of a good size, the equipment is very old and not maintained. For example, an ab machine has been broken for MONTHS. Even the front door has a sign to pull it closed to keep the A/C in because the door doesn't properly close. The gym usually has water bottles or used wipes scattered around the gym at any given time. Besides these maintenance and cleanliness issues, the gym has potential, a good amount of equipment, and is in a good location.

Excellent facilities, great equipment. I'm 76, had lobectamy 5 months ago and was just sitting around getting older and fatter. My insurance offers silver sneakers so decided to try. Been going for a month now and seeing good results. What's really nice is while I'm not in the condition to do a great deal of streneous excersizes no one makes any jokes about it, everyone is very friendly and non judgemental. Great atmosphere.

Can down from Ontario Canada and stopped in to get a weeks pass. The staff here and professional and friendly. Lots of equipment for both carido and weight training.
