I have always been against using trainers when I belonged to other gyms. Let's just say since I joined Coconut Grove Fitness w my trainer Dylan my whole view on working out w trainers has changed and I cancelled my membership to other gyms. Dylan is a great motivator and gym really allows him to dedicate himself to you achieving your goals. I lost almost 40lbs since I joined and highly recommend him and the gym.

Mike is awesome. I had my first child nearly five years ago and my second child two years ago. After having children, I could never find the time to workout consistently. Prior to kids, I was a fairly active person and have always been skinny. After having kids, I was still skinny but no longer toned and in shape. Mike came on the first day, took my measurements and assessed my skill level. He started at my level and didn't make me overdo it which I appreciated because I would have probably been discouraged. I have now been working out with Mike 2x a week for almost four full months and I have already noticed a change in my body and my endurance. I have come such a long way so quickly thanks to him! My favorite things about him are: 1) He is easy going yet is disciplined in our workouts 2) He changes up each workout so it is never boring and 3) He is very knowledgeable. If you are considering personal training, I highly recommend Mike!
