I found my new "home". I am SOOOOO glad I followed the "nudge" to call. I did crossfit years ago and have missed it so much. Circumstances have changed, and I am back! Really friendly people. VERY knowledgeable coaches.

One year later and I have a whole family of friends who push me to be better, support me when I just can't go on and love me unconditionally. You don't get that at a "gym".

This is one of the most welcoming gyms I have ever had the pleasure of walking in to. The programming is challenging but adaptable for all levels and the coaches are all wonderfully supportive. This is the place to go regardless if you're new to CrossFit or a veteran, a local or just visiting. You won't be disappointed!

Was just here visiting, and the owners Lyla and Rob were so welcoming. They put on a fantastic Hero week to honor the fallen. The coaches were great, shoutout to Alicia, who was super helpful to me as a new crossfitter. Great community of people!

Absolutely love Colex & the atmosphere! Lyla & Rob have done an outstanding job creating an environment that’s comfortable for anyone at any level to participate in. Along with the owners, the coaches and community is everything you can imagine. I’ve been apart of the CrossFit world for about 5 years & there’s always been something missing at each box I’ve been apart of. Colex has the whole package and I’ve enjoyed my time here!

Best CrossFit gym in the area. My husband and I went to literally every CrossFit in Pensacola and Colex is the best by far!! They have the best prices, coaches, and programming. They are very family and military oriented and even your dogs can come to the gym ☺️. Very beginner friendly but also great for experienced athletes.
