We are your neighborhood personal training studio in College Park Orlando We offer 1-on-1, couples/family, and small group training to fit your goals and individual needs ! We are a goals-oriented fitness studio whose personal trainers are passionate, knowledgeable, and focused on our clients’ success.
Our studio is fashioned with commercial-grade strength and cardio equipment and is equipped with a power rack, TRX, lots of functional training and plyometrics boxes, olympic bars, free weights and dumbbells. We have everything you need to get a great workout every time you visit, along with the expertise to safely reach your goals!

I would like to just come on here and say What a great Samaritan Ben, the business owner, is. In a moment of Personal struggling I called his business to ask for a favor because our golf cart died a block away from his gym, not only did he let us charge it but he helped us push the golf cart. It’s not common to find good people in this world especially strangers but he really saved us today, and that’s the kind of people we need to see owning businesses in our community!! Thank so much for helping us today!!

College Park Fitness is great! I was looking for small group fitness, they offered exactly what I wanted. Sammie is an excellent trainer she tailors the workouts to the group. The workouts are 30 minutes, high intensity, and effective. The studio is clean, they provide towels, water and cute T-shirts! Thank you for helping me meet my fitness goals.

This is a TERRIFIC little treasure of a personal training gym in College Park. I'm a 60+ couch potato who HATES exercise but Nico makes it interesting and tolerable (It's medicine for me so I'll never consider it FUN). He has really helped alleviate the back pain I was starting to experience, which is a blessing. If you're thinking about taking care of yourself, this is a great place to do it and I can't recommend Nico enough.

College Park Fitness Center has been an awesome client of ours for several years. We cannot say enough about their knowledgeable and friendly staff. They do an incredible job of keeping the equipment in excellent condition for their team and clients. Any time there is an issue they are quick to call us for service or repairs. You can tell they care about their clients and what they do at the fitness center. We would recommend CPFC for anyone looking for a personalized fitness experience.

He crafts the workout to best improve my strength and flexibility, customizing based for my specific physical needs. I’ve also worked with Amber Holzt. She is amazing; highly professional and disciplined which inspires one to commit to a good routine.

I have been working out at College Park Fitness now for about 6 months and I highly recommend it. It is a great gym with the best trainers. I really like the family atmosphere and the great mix of people and ages who work out here.

I think the one thing that separates this fitness studio from so many others is that the trainers are top notch. They all are so positive, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. It makes working out more fun.

I can't say enough about my trainer, Brichard Justin. He is a great motivator. He personalizes my work out program so I can attain all-around fitness. Each work out is different from the last one which makes it interesting and fun.

I am 70 years old but have been athletic my entire life. Brichard
understand fitness at all ages and he is a master of body mechanics, fitness, diet, mindfulness, and sports psychology.
Every time I work out, I learn something new and interesting from him.

So if you want to get in shape or maintain your fitness at any age,

I am so glad my husband and I signed up to start our fitness journey here. Nico is an excellent trainer - very knowledgeable, pushes us when we need it (in our case- often lol), and is very encouraging and kind. I leave our sessions feeling good that I did something positive for my physical and mental health. Looking forward to continuing our training. Only regret is that we didn’t do it sooner!

I've been training at MHF since late 2019 with Brichard Justin and would reccomend the experience. Was off track for my fitness due to transitioning from a big out of state move and needed help to restart my fitness journey.

Brichard is a knowledgeable trainer, has a memorable teaching style and brings in lots practical fitness advice due to being a former football player. Having a trainer I've found also helps avoid the trap of doing the same workout each work and instead get something new + challenging.

For people thinking of trying MHF to reach their improvement health goals. It's worth checking out a fitness evaluation session with the owner Ben.

My chiropractor recommended My House Fitness College Park to me to strengthen my back and core. Also, I had a c-section a year and a half ago and felt ready to tone my overall body. I didn't really know what to expect. I have worked out in private gyms and big box corporate gyms but its been years. When I walked in, I was immediately impressed with the owner and the team of trainers. They are very welcoming and easy to talk to about concerns and questions. The space is nicely designed so you don't feel like you are ever on top of other people working out. Ben is very knowledgeable about fitness and health. I think the biggest difference is he really cares about the overall wellbeing of his clients. I've been working out with My House Fitness now for a little over a month and I'm shocked to see results already. I only work out twice a week so the time commitment is low which is great with my schedule. My core is getting stronger and my clothes fit a lot better. This is the best investment I have made in a while. The cost is well worth feeling better about my body image and improving my health. Thank you guys!

I have been training with Joel for couple months now. He is always very respectful and changes the workouts frequently so I don't get bored .
Having a medical condition he was compassionate but always knew how to push me to my max . He is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he is doing . I have seen great results not only loosing weigh but become stronger also.

I've been with Ben and Gus at My House Fitness pretty much since the start and it's been a wonderful experience. I had not crossed the threshold of any fitness place for too many years but found myself at the point where it was now or never. Ben made it so easy for me to take that first step and now I'm a regular. With their coaching and encouragement, my fitness has improved dramatically in strength, endurance, balance, and most importantly, self esteem. Oh, and I've lost some pounds too. All good.

I am age 44 and reached a point where I could not lose my weight like I use too. I thought to myself what is the one thing I have never done, hire a trainer. My trainer came to be Joel Strickland and it was the best decision that I had made. He gave me the means to focus on what I need to achieve through proper eating and physical activity to aim for certain goals. He was easily accessible when I had questions about food choices, exercises from home, and rescheduling. What drew me to the facility that the focus is just you and your trainer. It is not a gym and there is no membership. The cost is affordable, just think of the money you spend on things that do not benefit your well-being. I highly recommend anyone that needs to build a foundation for proper exercise and nutrition to check out the staff at My House Fitness at college park.

Great place to work out. They really care about their clients. First visit was a class that was to difficult for me, so Ben contacted me and put me with a personal trainer the very next day.

It has been many years since I really have been doing exercise. Kelly listened to may needs and concerns and created a program that would work for me. She has really helped me and gave me the drive to continue to work out. Can't wait for my next session.

Before coming to My House Fitness, I hated going to the gym. There is so much information out there on how to be in shape and healthy that deciphering it all can be overwhelming for someone who is used to playing team sports and not spending any additional time in the gym. After college, I literally had no clue what to do to stay in shape. I was no longer skating or running because I had to, so staying motivated was a serious issue. I needed some help to get me working out again!

I decided to get a personal trainer to help get me back on track. I originally chose My House Fitness because of the proximity to my work location, but what kept me coming back was the positive, encouraging environment they provided. Ben Graves got me excited about coming to the gym. Ben listened to my needs and concerns and used that information to create a customized program for me, one that I could maintain without going crazy.

We meet 2 days a week for 30 minutes, but I leave feeling like I've just accomplished something incredible. Each session is different and challenging with a lot of fun thrown in. I can't wait to come back in for the next session to see what kind of workout Ben has come up with! Beyond the customized program, Ben understands and accommodates my needs that may change from session to session. He understands that I am completely uncoordinated and can barely manage walking (never mind walking weighted lunges) and he finds ways to help me keep good form. Side note: in just a month, my balance and coordination starting improving and now (several months later) I can go a whole day without falling!

Point is...MHF is awesome! Ben and all of the trainers are kind, understanding professionals who want the best for their clients and will push them to succeed. I enthusiastically recommend My House Fitness to anyone who is looking for an encouraging environment and real results!
