DO NOT allow this business to have your card information. Excellent instructors however the handling of memberships and business should be proceeded when CAUTION. Like MANY other members, I was charged continuously despite being assured my membership was cancelled. I was then assured my membership was cancelled AGAIN and told I would be issued a refund only to be charged for ANOTHER 4 months with NO refund. Totalling OVER $800 of charges.
After another conversation with this business I was told AGAIN that my membership has been cancelled and I'd be refunded. It took 2 weeks for them to refund me finally- BUT I have once AGAIN been charged for another month membership.

I am extremely disappointed that a business is unable to click a single button to cancel a membership to prevent this from happening despite multiple requests both written and verbally.
If you don't want to have to cancel your card just to get away from this dishonest business take your fitness journey elsewhere.

This company contiues to charge my girlfriend membership fees a year after the membership was terminated over the phone.

She spoke with TONI and he said he said he would give her a month free and after that month it would cancel.

They didn't charge her the next few months.
March until November, 8 months aftrr and then started charging her again and have been trying to charge her ever since each month.

The charges each time were rejected. Because she put a stop payment from her bank So this time they changed the name of the company and a charge actually went through.

I'm sure she's not the only one this is happening to.

Action will be taken not only from the bank but also we are in contact with a consumer attorney.

This is criminal to use someone debit card information without thier permission while no service has been rendered in over a year.

15 months since she's been to this place. To take 129 dollars I guess is worth the trouble we are about to bring.

This Pilate studio is phenomenal. I am hesitant to write this review because I don't want my favorite instructor's classes to be overbooked, but they deserve it Anna and Vicky. Enough about these 2 ladies, they do an amazing job.
And get you in shape quickly

Vicky is absolutely amazing! Her energy is 10/10. I’m happy to say it’s been 3+ years now and I don’t see myself quitting. Vicky challenges, motivates and makes the hour fly by. I recently also tried Meredith, and she is great as well. I highly recommend anyone to join!

Great boutique studio for Pilates. Vicky is amazing and her Pilates classes are top notch. She's also very patient and accommodating with people like me who are new to Pilates. After just a couple of classes I feel more confident and I'm doing more advanced exercises. Great vibe and easy to schedule classes through their app.

Outstanding first class with Vicky. We found this studio by accident while searching MindBody for a Pilates reformer class during our vacation in Florida. Great setting with a comfortable temperature. Vicky was a great instructor and made us feel welcome. Will definitely return!

They have been charging me for a year, over and over and I have tried canceling in every way possible. I have gone through my bank I have tried calling the number reaching out to the trainers (been ignored) and I have not been able to get canceled. This has been a complete nightmare, I don’t know how to even contact. If this phone number does work for customers then wow, you are lucky, it always goes to dial tone.

I hired Jennifer Kaplan to train me prior to my surgery and to continue after my recovery. I was told my contract was expired and I was out over 500.00. After further research, I never signed a contract so they will be going to small claims court. Ripping off customers is bad business.

It's a great studio that consists of various classes: Pilates, spinning, and kickboxing. You can book the classes offered on the MindBody app under Live Fit. Vicky is the best classical Pilates and spinning instructor, she is kind and loves to correct your pose which is very important for your posture! also you will find many other seasoned and friendly instructors except for Stacey who is very rude and impatient with you unless you are a pro and have been in her class for years.

There’s a current promo for 2 free classes and the Pilates package includes all the other classes like spinning and kickboxing for free!! Check out their website for details. The prices are affordable for everything that you get. You should try at least the free classes you won't regret it!

This was formerly Live Fit in the Pine Lake plaza down the street. It's a great studio that consists of various classes including Pilates, spin and HIIT. You can view the classes offered on the MindBody website under Live Fit. Stacey is the best classical Pilates instructor and you will find many other seasoned and friendly instructors. The community consists of regulars that have attended Live (like myself) since 2016. I believe the current promo is 2 free classes. Check out their website for details. I know they will expand and increase their classes (and the variety of classes offered) once more people start revisiting working out back inside a studio. Lastly, they're affordable for everything that you get, and so not pretentious. A true gem of a fitness studio in this area. You should definitely try at least one class!

I have been going to Live Fit for many months now and have lost 18 lbs and counting. Tony the owner greets me when I walk in, I go to Darnells pilates class , Paulas Zumba class and Amandas Butts and Guts class. It's all I need in my fitness life. I am addicted and am so grateful to have found this place. After recovering from 3 car accidents I had no body strength and I am building every day! Totally worth checking it out, it has changed my life!

Great place for classes! Take classes that normally cost a lot more than $3 dollars a day they charge. It is a private, exclusive gym. They have the top of the line equipment- Zero gravity machines and Pilates machines.Their classes include CrossFit, Pilates (LOVE THIS ONE) and Yoga. Their fantastic and gorgeous staff live what they teach and their bodies show it. Staff includes Mr. Olympia World Stan Frydrych. Classes the are taught by real knowledgeable instructors that will take time to correct your form for a better work out. There is also a social club that will be doing trips to the Great Wall of China! I haven't done the massage yet but if it is anything like the rest of it it will be FABULOUS.The place is a little hidden in the plaza but the space is huge. Great find in Cooper City! I love that it is a real small business owners. They give you more personalize attention.
