I live in Boynton Beach and stopped a few days by Orlando. I came to this CrossFit gym and it was bigger than expected, cleaner with AC and simply loved it. Took a class with coach Jill and she was definitely the highlight of my visit!

Dropped into this box while visiting from Indiana. Nice clean gym and had a lot of equipment. Music was great too. The coach was very professional and helpful. He even took time after class to show techniques for muscle ups. Would definitely recommend this place and can't wait to return when I visit Florida again!!!

This is by far one of the best gyms I’ve ever gone too. It’s clean, very professional, and the coaches treat you like family. I’ve been going here for four months now and ever since the first day I’ve grown nothing but closer to the people who work out here and the coaches. I always leave sweating and feeling like I’ve gotten an amazing workout. Also my first couple of days the coaches helped me with every single movement and made sure I wasn’t going to hurt myself. I’ve gained friends and a new family and am so grateful to go to this gym.

So convenient! I've done crossfit at numerous locations and this crossfit has the best class schedule by far! The coach's are really nice and positive which makes for a welcoming environment. Located right off Semoran and Aloma it's in a prime location for anyone living in winter park, casselberry, UCF, baldwin park or full sail. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

CrossFit Baldwin Park is the most welcoming box I’ve ever been to. The owners and coaches treat every member as if they are family and pay special attention to everyone’s needs and goals. I love the strong sense of community I feel here - from daily wods to holiday parties and hero wods - it feels like a giant family. All of the members are very supportive of one another, not only in the gym, but also in life. It is a fun, hard-working environment that makes you want to keep coming back for more day after day. If you are looking for a CrossFit gym with knowledgeable, friendly, attentive coaches who push you to reach your goals , this is the gym to go to!

The best box I have ever been too! If you are looking for attentive, knowledgeable, caring coaches who genuinely care about your fitness journey and members who support and celebrate each other then this is the box for you. The owners are amazing people who take so much pride in their members and take the time to get to know every single one of their athletes on a personal level. Since the coaches know the members so well, they are able to really focus on customizing each class work out to the individual’s fitness level. It was the day after Hurricane Irma and the majority of businesses were closed down. The owner, not knowing me, let me workout for free. The facility looks great and people greet themselves and make you feel welcome. Hard work ethic is definitely here. I love being around people that push each other and sweat through the pain. I tried to offer to pay the owner and he adamantly refused. That is someone who cares more about the customer than profit. I will endorse this place whenever anyone asks about a gym. I don't know too many places that would do this for others. 5 stars.
