CORPORATE PLEASE HELP One of the worst crunch staff I’ve ever had to deal with. Not only do they procrastinate on doing things they promised on doing (you’d think personal trainers have a better sense of dignity and diligence) but they don’t respond or offer any solution on how to resolve a situation they caused they would rather leave it until it goes unnoticed or gave up on. I was overcharged 640 $ for personal training sessions that I never agreed on I told my “trainer “after the 3 sessions a week for a month I’d like to go to one a week OR one a month” he said no problem he’d have it taken care of .. come our last day JAKE said he would stop they payments and downgrade me to one a week. Here I am almost a month later with no resolution and no refund. Trusting that my “Personal trainer” actually had his life together and kept his word like a man, I trusted him to send the workout plan he promised he had ready for me in a timely fashion, I’m not asking for you to drop everything you’re doing to please me, but I paid good money for this and was promised a workout plan that took over 2 weeks of bothering him to send over which in the end never got sent . JAKE told me my refund was on the way over a month ago and still no refund. They are almost scamming me out of $318 at this point since I had to dispute the other $318 they tried to double charge me in a single week!!!!! 2 times in one week after I asked for the payments to be STOPPED. If my refund does not come soon or I am not put in contact with someone from corporate to resolve this I will be going to small claims court with a lawyer for 10x that amount since this was hindering me from trying to pay my bills and promised services and a resolution I never received. It’s like he just wants me to forget about it , and anyone I ask to put me in contact with someone else who can actually help I get “we don’t have a corporate” which is bs because EVERYONE has a boss. And as for Anthony you didn’t help either with my refund , he swore up and down he did everything he could to help and then I got charged another $318 ….. professionalism isn’t in these people’s vocabulary and there needs to be a new manager and more professional staff that understands time management and customer service. GET IN CONTACT WITH ME ASAP and resolve this situation and I might take this review down if I actually get my money back .

Best Crunch we’ve been in. They don’t have Red Light Therapy, but I’m hopeful that’ll change! Gym is always busy, super clean. Great staff. Only one trainer is a pretentious guy, all the others very friendly. Highly recommend this location. Ask em when they’re getting Red Light Therapy…help me convince em they need to have what other lesser locations have. 100% best gym.

So I sign up here as founder member (actually the first one day before they started the signing) then same day they found out I have my own business and offer me the biz perks I said why not but first asked if I decided to stop at anytime with biz perks if I will be honored back my founder member rate which they confirmed. After almost a year decided to go back and talked to the current manager (young girl mid 20s) talked to her about my desires of stopping my biz perks and that I was told that I will be honored my founder member rate she told me don’t worry just laid your termination (advance payment biz perks) and 30 days been pass come back and I will personally help you. Which I did and when time came she denied in my face that she ever told me that; the business corporate account manager was there overheard the conversation and my frustration she also denied what it was talked to me when I first signed up. I told them both of them about they lack of professionalism (lying to customers to get them on some business perks) to later lie and don’t care. I told them that me being Christian and Retired veteran that this was not right and the manager specially start raising her voice which it wasn’t professional at all (she can be my child) respect your elders and military vets (not me all of them) I heard from veterans friends with bad experiences as well at this location. I know this will not do anything to a big corporate and they will not care. But as a military vet, Waterset resident and business owner I will make sure this will be known at the Waterset resident page (were this gym location is and most of the membership are this residents) also I will post it in all business pages I’m a member off and military groups as well. Doing that’s I expect other fellow veterans, business owner or anyone don’t go thru the same scam/lie by crunch. FYI this happen back in October and I give all the opportunity of corporate do me right after few emails and no response or follow through by them to my person.

The BEST managed gym in the SouthShore (Ruskin/Apollo Beach/Sun City) area hands down. I do group fitness, Coach Stephen & Coach Juju are my favorite, best workout music ❤️ they literally deserve their own Sirius XM station. Professional, classy and knowledgeable. Good Afternoon! I wanted to let you guys know that we love this location and that I think that you guys have great instructors, but I want to focus specially on one that has made my husband and I wanted to go every Saturday for two consecutive classes and that instructor is Opal. Awful experience with their incorrect billing of my credit card. After months of being off their books, and the nightmare of recurring charges ending, they have charged my card the same fee again, 3 months later, for a total of 4 times in 2 days. Thankfully my credit card is backing me, and I recall that when I first signed up they were demanding my bank account number. I am so lucky I pushed back and did not give it. I am now going to a lawyer because no one in management listens, and there is no one to call. So disappointed, really. Do not give this company your bank account and watch all charges closely!

The gym is great and everyone is very friendly. I have been going for about a month now and love it. I have tried alot of classes but I really enjoy the spin class with Vilmarie. She is so encouraging and makes me want to push harder. I wear contacts so hearing her speak and being vocal its a big positive for me. Sanja is great as well. I Love doing her HIIT classes. Hot pilates is amazing and I recently started fat burning pilates which I enjoy. I have tried some others but the ones mentioned are definitely my favorite.

Amazing gym, even more of an amazing staff. I use to go to the worx and I felt 0 motivation in that gym, it was extremely dark in there and the vibe was off.
