The employees that are promoting the gym are doing an incredible job at getting every body hyped up for this grand opening!!!! Super excited to join when this opens. They understand how to convince someone without being pushy and rude. I run into them time to time and they are always super nice with a big smile on their face.

Gym is actually not open. Drove 20mins for a locked gym. Also, heads up when you sign up you’re locked in for 3 months. They also have crazy junk fees. Probably one of the worst gyms in terms of caring for their members, just a $$$ sign.

Edit: wow for 2 months now they’ve had negative reviews about being “open” and haven’t changed it. Can’t wait to see how they listen to their paying members with valid complaints.

I signed up for crunch today, a young man named Marcos from Spain helped me out. He was very informative about the classes that they are going to be offering and he was very enthusiastic about the new facility. Can’t wait for the gym to be opened.

I joined because this location was advertised as opening up by now. False advertising. The manager at the other location did not honor the one month free upon signup, even though I am still receiving those texts. I was charged after only one week, for a facility that's not open yet. No integrity!

Your employees who are trying recruit people for crunch are forcing people to take their crunch cards to sign up. She would go into other businesses as well. She followed us until we were forced to take a card. She clearly couldn’t read the room about how we weren’t interested. I am not happy and I wouldn’t recommend crunch to anyone after that experience.
