Signed up for a free trial, Showed up and the two gentlemen in the front told me, it’s 15$ to get in or I HAVE to sign up for a membership. It didn’t say that on the website or the email I received. I tried to explain that I want to check the gym out first, to no avail. I would think they’d oblige to the 1 DAY free trial that they offer but Anyway next gym.

The staff is very welcoming very good people they assisted me with a phone charger when i needed to call my mother who’s getting ready to go under surgery and I had to contact her to pick me up after taking me to my locations to help raise money for my field trip at Walmart all the other locations didn’t allow me to charge my phone but crunch fitness kirkman did 😊 I’m blessed to have to have these kind people help me before the holidays I pray blessings to come there way for their families and to have a good Thanksgiving😊🙏 thanks crunch fitness and thanks Trey and Julien for the kindness and assistance!! ❤️

Impossible to workout with that super loud music! I can’t listen my own music on airpod and always awfull music likes eletronic, psy trance or worse! When you go to front desk to ask to decrease the volume, they say they’ll do it but they dont!

I joined for the classes, specially Zumba. The classes are good but not that many. The Ride (spinning class) is great but this is a very advanced class (on Saturday morning) and high energy (loud music and lights).
I still have to try the yoga, I’ve heard it’s pretty good. I suggest they add more Zumba classes.

I have been coming to this facility from when it was the 24hour fitness, then when they change to crunch they even got rid of the gym mats and other stuff and say they will bring new ones but 3 months later nothing have arrived or change, then today someone got into some lockers with locks on it and stole and broke stuff from people, so I went to cancel my membership telling them what happened and the General manager yamilanys told me that they couldn’t do anything for what happened and in order for me to cancel my membership I had to pay the two months left from a 12 months commitment I have with the previous 24 hours fitness brand that they told me when they start switching to crunch that there was not going to be a commitment anymore because that brand doesn’t exist anymore, so I got stuff stole and broke and also had to pay them more money for a commitment I had with a brand that doesn’t exist anymore, the manager only told me that there’s nothing else she can do about it like 10 times, so if you guys are going to join this gym have in mind that you can have your stuff stole in the locker with the locks on it and nothing will ever happen to you because “there is nothing we can do, we are not responsible for anything than happen on this facility “.
